Because when they were born, their mouths did not fully develop, causing them to speak mostly inside their heads. They eventually overcome this handicap, but they still have the tendency to speak in their head, thinking that they are in fact making sound.

Why must backpacks be so heavy?

A.It is a common law that teachers are required to give tons of heavy books and lot of homework to make your backpack the required weight. Which tends to be very heavy but varies in some areas.

It is part of all Biology degree courses these days to include a topic on stupidity. This also forms a very important part of the final exams that all Biology teachers are required to sit, with three questions that make up one third of the final marks. If they fail these questions they fail their entire course. Such questions include - Setting a test for the next day on a subject they done only half of today (you must read the rest at home - all 15 chapters of it!). Making students do a mucky experiment, and while they can wash your hands afterwards, not giving them any soap. Few Biology teachers have the requisite stupidity when they begin their courses, but with a lot of hard work and application, most acheive this part of the course with honours!

Because if we all could fly, life insurance would be much more expensive, so for insurance purposes all the fairies were fired from their jobs and people were no longer allowed to fly.
