Terri took all the information she had heard and tried to make sense of it. "Ok, I get that they are aliens, and that they hate each other. The fact we are in the middle of a war I also get, but what I don't get is why they are fighting each other on my planet, on Earth. What happened to their own worlds?" She took a deep breath and sighed. "It makes no sense."

Terri shook her head. "That makes no sense, why would they do a contest with people then." Suddenly her eyes widened and she went to what seemed the main computer. Luckly for her the Doctor had not followed Roe. "Aha, here we go, data from all contestents, and those who few who were not accepted, including me. Doctor, look at this."

Roe notcied the lack of anyone behind her, but three months without the Doctor decideding everything had made her indipendant and she carried on. Soon the could hear the sound of screams and waves of fear and hatred spilled though the air towards her, along with a decidedly agressive streak.

Independant or no, Rhodrian knew when she needed to back down. And siddeled back the way she had come. "Yeah...thier definatly down that way" she smiled nervousely when she reached the others.

"Ah, that's right," the Doctor suddenly exclaimed. "Lungs. Human lungs. They need those. They need to be able to breath oxygen without having to resort to gas masks. But what do they need here? And who was in charge of the those Father Christmas?"

"Have you got any lung problems?" the Doctor asked her. "Asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, anything like that? You'll find that three of the people that were rejected were smokers, four of them live with smokers. They wanted pure lungs for their work. I want to see that letter."
He took the letter and read it within a second. "The Tarshians have some humans under their control obviously," he said. "They've demanded an acceleration of the project. They need five hundred more lungs."

Terri shrugged. "I have no problems with my lungs, other then the fact that I had been tested TB positive, but I took medication so I would never get it. Do you think thats why?" She Turned back to the computer when at bleeped. "There's an email. The text doesn't look human."
