Bret smiled as he watched them leave. He was glad to see them again- it seemed like it had already been weeks. He went back into the lab. "So," he said to Kira, "what could I help with?"

Brendon walked woth Trudy back to the mall. He was glad to have seen Bret again, and not to have gotten pummled. HE smiled and grabbed Trudy's hand. "When we get backto the mall... I'll put on some romantic rock music and we can dance..." He waggled an eyebrow at her, then smiled playfully.

Trudy took this 5 minutes wisely she decided to go change and put on some new clothes. about 10 minutes later she went over to Brendon's room. she was wearing her normal black cheer shorts with her lite jacket she had sprayed herself with some perfume that Brendon went crazy over. " hey." she said as she walked into his room.

Some of his shaggy dark brown hair had fallen into his face, and he had taken off his shirt, intending to change it, but had never gotten arround to putting a new one on. He hit the button on his boombox and turned it up. "Shall we?" He asked as he turned arround to face her.

Ace still lay face down where she'd collapsed. She hadn't moved one bit since falling asleep. A while later she began to have a nightmare of the day her parents had been killed, and the first time she'd seen the mysterious man that chased her now. Things that she'd pushed far from her memory now came back in the dream.
He'd held the three of them hostage for sometime. She was in the next room over for her parents, with a thick glass she couldn't hear through between them. The man looked angry; she couldn't see her parent's faces. Something glinted in the man's hand, and she gasped. A long syringe gleamed in the light, filled with a tan liquid. She struggled against her bonds, but could not get free. He jemmed the needle into her father's neck, and she screamed.
Ace was jerked awake by her own screaming. She bolted into a sitting position, nearling falling off the bed. Everything was in order, she realized, as she tried to catch her breath and stop gasping. That's what it was! She thought to herself. The virus was in the brain matter it's self... maybe... her arm throbbed when she moved it, and she got up to pace the room, leaving her arm limp at her side. She only got to the other side of the room and her leg gave out and she colapsed on the floor, burring her head in her arms and sobbed.
