Ada looked around, so now they were nearly all this side of the portal. Josh, followed by she and Roxas, then Keira and then Fantasia. There was just Megan to come through now, and Ada doubted she'd stay on the other side by herself. This side of the arch, the surface glimmered just as brightly. She looked to where Keira was hugging Josh, and Fantasia was putting a stone in her bag. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, or dangerous.
"Well, here we are then." She said to Roxas. "Let's wait for Megan and then we can have a look around."

Josh hugged Keira and watched the scene over her shoulder, still with excitement. Everything seemed different, even Keira's hair seemed to be brighter than usual.. "You're okay?" he asked her. As they waited for Megan to come through he frowned and asked what perhaps all of them was bothering: "Where are we..?"

OoC. My character is a Reaper-esque demi-god locked away in a stone. His goal is to get out, which requires a human, but as long as he is locked within the stone the human can command him, which is what he's trying to get around right now.

Vanya nodded in agreement. "The King must know of their presence. " As she turned to go, Vanya glanced back at the children one last time. Could they be the ones destined to help us? she wondered.

Megan still stood on the other side, hesitating. What if she stepped through and...? They've already gone, she told herself sternly. What are you going to do, chicken out? This thought was enough to spur her on. Megan tucked her camera back in its bag and only allowed herself another bare moment of hesitation before stepping into silvery blueness.

Darkness sprayed with pinpoints of blinding light spun around her like a miniature galaxy, breathtaking and utterly captivating until Megan attempted to draw breath - and couldn't. She tried several more times, growing increasingly frantic, and when she though she was doomed to suffocate - found herself standing on solid ground.

She blinked, disoriented, and drew in a long unsteady gulp of air.

Ada spotted Megan fall rather ungracefully from the portal and gasp for air. She hurried over and helped her friend up, "Are you alright?" She asked, noting the slightly frantic look in Megan's eyes. It seemed out of all of them, Megan had been the most shaken by her fall through the portal.

Ada's face seemed to be strewn with pinpoints of dazzling color. Megan blinked several more times. "Oh - fine, I'm fine," she said, shaking herself. "It was a bit - weird, that's all."

Already she was examining their surroundings. The forest didn't look much different than it had on the other side - except it was somehow greener, more alive, as if bursting with energy and enthusiasm. Megan wondered at this strange method of description for a moment, a little amused with herself for describing plants as enthusiastic. "It's so pretty!" she exclaimed, fumbling for her camera again.

Ada smiled, "It is, isn't it? I have no idea where here is though, and why it all look so...different. So much more vibrant and alive." She shook her head slightly and Megan clicked a few times with her camera.

Ada wandered away from her and inhaled deeply, she couldn't believe this was real, this kind of thing just didn't happen. She was almost waiting to wake up, sit up in bed and find it was all a dream. But everything seemed so real, and even when she clenched her fist and let her nails dig in to her palm slightly, she didn't wake up. It was all very strange and Ada had a sense of foreboding about the place.

Fantasia reached into her pocked and pulled out the rock. She took a good look at it for the first time. It was smooth, almost polished. She held it up to the light her eyes going wide as she looked at it.
Her attention was pulled away from her contemplation as Megan followed them through the portal. She lowered her arms aloing her hands to cradle the rock like a precious gem.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Keira grinned and looked excitedly around, "How about you?"
Soon all of her friends became pouring into the other world, feeling the urge or pull from the distant and strange land.

"I'm okay.." Josh replied. He looked at his friends who all seemed to admire the scenery but he couldn't wait to explore it more. "I'm awake, am I ?" he asked with a frown, knowing he would be awfully disappoited if he would wake up in a minute. But even when it was, he wanted to get the most of it. "Shall we go then?"

Fantasia shruged in her usual fashion, then stood and walked over to the group slipping the rock back into her pocket.

Michael watched them a few more minutes befor answering. They could be. He turned away from the clearing and flew back t othe castle with Vanya.

Vanya nodded wordlessly at Michael as the two flew back to the castle. Landing silently, she walked to the throne room where King Aleron sat. Bowing before him in greeting, he slowly nodded his head as she rose. "My king. A group of mortals have crossed our realm." she said, her angelic voice filling the room. "They are young, more than likely adolescents." she quickly added to allay any concern the King may have.
