Exactly ^^ What you both said - just perfect I really need to get my hands on that scene from after the credits to see a little Will!

I used to not want there to be a sequel because Pirates is such a special thing, and I didn't want it to lose that over time as they made too many sequels. After seeing AWE though..... I REALLY want a sequel. I feel like there was so much left open that needs closure, particularly the Will/Elizabeth situation. I'm still trying to figure out ways they could be together without Will dying. And while I could do without the Will and Elizabeth because I like Jack and Barbossa so much better, I'd still like to see how their story turns out. As long as the sequel had plenty of Johnny/Jack in it, I think it'd be fine. This Fountain of Youth idea might turn out to make an interesting story.

I think it's be really cool if there were more movies about Jack Sparrow but only if they are good quality movies. I hope they'll still have good storylines.

I don't think they'd risk having a crumby story line. To have a fourth movie they will really need to make it good. Apparently AWE didn't do as well as it could have, so if they came back with a 4th I'm sure they'd put that extra effort out.

Well, as I've explained a couple times (and don't mind doing do again; it makes me happy) when Will sails back at the very end of the AWE credits, he's coming back for good. Because the way the curse works is that if Elizabeth is faithful during those ten years Will is at sea, it's broken and he can come back to live on land. And of course she was faithful

Where are you getting that from though?
That doesn't make sense as Will says something to the effect of "it depends on how good that one day is" when they talk of the curse...

Are you serious?!!! How do you know that? And who is the Captain if Will is not captain? They repeated so many times over that the ship had to have a captain. And that was a good point FRODOFAN made as well. You don't know how badly I want to believe you and I will freak out if that's true, but do you mind telling us what your source is?

That is so intersting! I thought he was coming back to visit then leave again! Thanks
What do you think the plot is going to be about? I think theres going to be something that involves the fountain of youth.

Wanted to say something about the idea that Will Turner can stay with Elizabeth after the ten years are up. Saw the movie again and think that that theory makes a little more sense now. See, when Davy Jones came back after ten years to be with Calypso she wasn't there. The idea is then, I guess, that if Elizabeth IS faithful to him, the curse will be lifted. There is still the problem though that the dutchman needs a captain. Maybe he can get his Dad to do it? And (ha ha) I thought this was funny: http://www.contactmusic.com/news.nsf/ar ... es_1032720
Ooh. That does make much more sense now. I feel happy, or at least satisfied. That's more as it should be.
And as for Bootstrap being captain, that's what I've thought should happen all along. He was all "part of the crew, part of the ship" when he was crazy, so it just seemed to fit that he'd become captain. That's what I thought was going to happen all the way up until Will stabbed the heart. I gasped so incredibly loudly at that part.
Darn. I really need/want to see it again now.

Ha ha. Yeah. There was a whole bunch of girls behind me the first time I saw it who gasped loud ALL AT THE SAME TIME the first time I saw it.
Watching it again I also noticed something else. When Elizabeth's father is going by in the boat and talks about the heart, Calypso turns to Will and says, "A touch of destiny." A foreshadowing perhaps? Seems as though she knew he would become the next captain of the dutchman.
