Shonnalen looked her over then cocked an eyebrow. "Come with me..." She said as she turned and headed down a hall. She stopped at another door and pushed it open revealing the gun store. "If you're going to arm yourself... you need at least one gun." She walked over and picked up the silver handled one she liked best. "My other's are in my room... these havn't been clamed yet... take your pick." She waited and watched as Ace chose.

Ace didn't much like guns, she prefered blades, but she saw the reason in having one. Her eyes traveled over the various guns. She picked a small, but powerful hand gun that had a general amount of accuracy, a .36 . "Ok, I've got what I'm giong to get."

The 'mad-man' slunk through the shadows, his eyes watchful. He imagined himself as an animal of old, stalking it's prey. He would find her, he would catch her, again. He loathed that word, 'again'. There shouldn't be an again. He should have succeeded the first time. No matter though, he would succeed this time. Motion caught his attention. Well well well... and there she was, with some other girl. Like a body guard was going to stop him. He slipped in behind them a good ways off and silently followed them. He could afford a game of cat and mouse... he was curious where they were going anyway.

Shonnalen was careful to close the door behing her, then she headed off down the stares. She turned glancing back at the hall her blue eyes searching. When she got to the bottom of the stase she saw Aliana. She walked over to her, "Aliana... I think there's someone upstared that doesn't belong there, if you could keep an eye out that would be wonderful." She said in a hushed tone.

Ace heard Shonnalen's comment, and her neck bristled. "It's him." Her voice was quiet, and flat. "He won't be here long, he has seen me. We need to go, now." She started off at a light jog away from the mall.

Aliana nodded at Shonnalen's comment, knowing that Ace was probably right. "Be careful." she told them as they departed, not sure if they heard her. With that she quickly took the stairs two at a time, walking the hallways she had grown to know so well. Her arms hung loosely at her side, but she was ready to draw her gun in a moment's notice should she notice the shape of a skulking shadow.

A dark, cloaked figure lightly jogged after the two girls, keeping an easy pace with them a good ways back. A light mist began to fall. Good, he thought. His drawn hood wouldn't look so conspicuous now. They dissappeared around a turn, and when he too rounded it, they were nowhere to be seen. They knew he was there. The question no, was where were they hiding. His sharp eyes peered out of the shadows. An old bar, two cornershops, a hospital... the hospital is where they would be. Always trying to stay a set ahead of him, that girl was. No matter, he would win anyway. He always did. He stood motionless for what seemed like hours, but he knew it was only minutes. He prided himself on his patience. No motion marred the perfectly tranquil street, and the fine mist prefected the mood. He waited.

Shonnalen knew every back alliyand prided herself on being able to move quickly. She rounded a few corners glancing back to make sure Ace was still with her. She stopped for a moment allowing Ace to catch her breath. "Couple more turns and we;ll ba at the hospital. Hard to believe isn't it?" She smiled and leaned against a wall.

Ace remained silent, breathing hard, but despite her exaustion she moved on again. "We can't stop... we have to keep moving."

"Right..." Shonnalen said softly and turned another corner that looked like a dead end. After a couple more turns that looked like that they came out looking dead at the hospital."There it is... Shall we?"
