My brother went today to get his tux fitted. This will be the second prom he's gone to. He dated a senior as a freshmen, and went to her prom, and now it's his prom.

I'm too young for prom, but in two years [when I'm a Junior] I'll maybe go with friends, because 1. no will ask me, and 2. people always say that girls spend the entire time trying to get away from their dates to hang out with their friends -- so what's the point?

Ooh, Ellie es el suavo! [Pardon my awful spanish!!] I've got prom coming up actually. It's in two weeks and I've yet to get a dress. Not that I'm going with anyone but it doesn't hurt to get dressed up every once in a while.

Yeh our Prom is Going and im going with a Girl named Rose! She is wearing a Dark Teal Dress and I am wearing a (Tux) Ivory vest, an Teal Tie, and Pinstripe Overcoat! im going to look mucho sharp!!!!

Im so excited!

Very nice.. I always had a love/hate feeling about prom/gala things... I never care about dressing up much.. I'm too casual by nature, but if I need to dress up really nicely, I would probably do everything to the point of almost overdoing it

My prom was one of the best nights of my life. I have posted the pictures in the picture thread, so most of you will have seen them I didn't go with anyone, but that didn't stop me having a great time, and enjoy being ina snazzy new suit!

My prom was last year the picture must be embedded deep in that thread by now...

Ohhh, that's cool! So the tie and the dress will match? That is so tight!

And Larael's going to prom, too! What fun...everyone is so old and grown up, and going to dances...! Makes me tear up.

I have to say, you girls are a source of eternal puzzlement to me. And in some cases, persistant frustration. I can't begin to comprehend the things girls do...

Just something I have to say Can't think of a decent way to put my problem/confusion into comprehensible words...
