woohoo! doctor who's finally got back into its stride with these last three episodes. but then tonight's was written by steven moffat - the genius behind the empty child/the doctor dances and the comedy series coupling.
what with that and lee mead turning in two more stunning performances on any dream will do, i'm a very happy bunny.

Well, I think it would be possible for both of us to have babies with it, right? Anyway.....
I had another Doctor Dream. Apparently there's a new bible passage! Yep, its called "Hoob Bah Bah" I was (in my dream) in english class and we had to draw out a bible story. I found "The Hoob Bah Bah". The Hoob Bah Bahs are little furry hobbit like creatures that live underground and have no signifigance in the story whatsoever. In the Bible story, Belgium and France were in a war, and there was a rich guy who lived on a house nearby. Whenever deserters would arrive at his house he would kill them and eat them. I drew that, and my teacher said that wasn't really a bible story. That's when the Doctor came in. We went looking for proof that "Hoob Bah Bah" really was a bible story. It was pretty cool. He started pulling levers and everything.

Oh I had a dream where I was the Doctor. That was really cool and odd.

Oh I agree. The angels were a bit scary really. Especially the scene where they're creeping up on them with the flickering lights.
The guy that wrote this one wrote the Empty Child/The Doctor Dances? That explains a lot. Those episodes were a bit scary as well.

Couldn't have put it better myself!
I've been a bit dubious as to the quality of this series, but that episode finally convinced me the writers haven't lost it completely. I'm still not so sure about Martha, though. I'm hope Jack coming back for the next two episodes (and hopefully more!) will help keep things going.
I am really very uncertain about Martha. There's just that lack of connection between her and the Doctor, and therefore her and the audience. It may just be that Billie Piper was just so darn good, but I have a suspicion that Freema's just not going to work. Ah well. At least we have Tennant.

^ i'm not that keen on martha either. she's not as bad as i feared she would be, but i still prefer rose.
as for the connection thing, i didn't think there was much of a connection between the tenth doctor and rose either. the ninth doctor and rose had a brilliant relationship, and however much he flirted with other women/trees, i still believed he cared deeply for her; but there just wasn't that same spark between rose and the tenth doctor. that's just one of a host of reasons why i prefer the eccleston/piper series.

I disagree big time, I absolutley adore Martha, I prefer her to Rose all the way. She's more intelligent, where Rose just ran away and screamed a lot, which just grew infuriating alot of the time. And I wouldn't say there's a lack of connection either, I think they're adorable together, and the Doctor just hasn't got over Rose enough yet to fully appreciate her. But thats purely my opinion
But I agree, brilliant episode. Had great fun freaking out my younger brother afterwards too

Really? I kinda liked Roses running and screaming... it was fun.
But you're entitled to your opinion... and I hope you (and the rest of the show) can convince me to change mine. I do hope that Utopia and Jacks return sort of brings things together a bit.

Mmmm....so, stupid internet connection here in the middle of nowhere Montana has been a bit...erm...shotty. XD
But, I've FINALLY watched "Family of Blood" and "Blink."
I have to say, this season is getting very good.
Mmmm..."Family of Blood"...it was good. I liked the Doctor getting all sad and weepy...and then when he turned into geek Doctor, I FLIPPED! Had a HUGE fangirl moment. XD And then he went all pissed off Doctor and was totally hot. XD But, the Doctor/Martha-ness...made me go
XD Ha ha ha.
I like Martha and all...just...Hmmmmm. But what Miss Kess said...he's totally not over Rose. *tear*
Blink is probably by far my favourite. I don't know...just very well written. And those angels. EEEK!!! I was quite literally like...gasping. They freaked me out a bit. But, I really liked it.
Hmmm....I thought I'd have much more to say. Ha ha ha. *sigh* Oh well.
I'm excited for the new episode!! *SQUEE*
JACK. *dies*

Yes, blink was freaky. X.x
Just a curiosity; from what you said I gather that you're watching the episodes online (as am I) and I was wondering where you were watching them?
I watch them on YouTube, but it's never long before they're deleted.

I am indeed watching online. Not really by choice (because otherwise I wouldn't ever get to see them--we don't get TV out here...soooo no summer Sci Fi for me...*tear*)
I used to watch most of them on YouTube, but thanks to Oh Wise Phoenix, I go to http://tv-links.co.uk . They're usually pretty good about keeping their episodes up. But sometimes they go down and such. Which was part of the problem with Family of Blood and Blink for me.
There's also http://www.dailymotion.com and http://www.veoh.com
That's about all I know. XD Hope that helps.
By the by, I LOVE that duct tape quote thing in your sig. XD DUCT TAPE FOREVER! XD

Ah, Welcome B&E! *adds to list*
Reaction after this week episode-
Oh my god! Its life on mars guy! The guy from life on mars! Eek!
And then my friend called me, and said pretty much the same thing, and our squeeing deafened half the bats in South-East England Though as a whole, I didn't think much of that episode, John Simms, smuggeeky doctor and John Barrowman really made up for it! *bounces*
