Hey! I just thought of something! Remember when they reforge narsil? Supposedly that was Ellohir and Elladan......or at least I remember reading that somewhere.. so maybe the elf behind him was another misc. elf?

I just cant see that blonde guy as Elrond's sons. I too always pictured them like Aragorn. tall strong, handsome and slightly ruged(like a ranger)

And arnt all the elves from rivendell brunette's? But then again, Elrond's wife was from lothlorien.....

I don't think any of them are Elladan or Elrohir. On the commentary, Phillipa Boyens said it was a shame that they didn't bother to cast Elladan and Elrohir, because they'd have to find MORE incredibly good looking people!

I heard from some LOTR website I can't quite to remember but it said that Elrohir and Elladan were in Helm's Deep before the battle began. Right behind Legolas and Gimli.
Hmm?
But it seems, the same thing happened with Glorfindel. Or have my eyes cheated me?

Well, here are my opinions:

I like them with dark hair, and looking kind of like Elrond and Arwen. I would have liked to see them at the coronation, but I don't think that was them because I'm SURE they woldn't have been blonde and anyway, Fran talks about them on the director's commentary of TTT EE.

I remember in the book Aragorn said he couldn't go talk to Arwen yet because the twins had arrived with important news he needed to hear. But I don't think they were at the council. Elrond introduced everyone who was important, and his sons would have been important.

I met this actor, along with the twins that worked as elves on LOTR. Very, very nice men and very nice on the eyes too. I don't think the twins were in the Council of Elrond scene; I'd have to check it again to be sure.

WHAT! u lucky! i didn't imagine glorfindel looking like that. i also though the twins had dark hair and i don't remember them being mentioned in lotr. so is that really them? i imagined them looking. . . .different. .

Lol that's Sandro Kopp behind Elrond in the RotK one... he was just a random Elf (he claims he was Gildor), he definitely was not Elladan or Elrohir... haha.

I was a tad bit upset when I watched the trilogy, and there were no sons of Elrond (or Tom Bombadil, or Beregond for that matter,) but I really doubt that Elrohir and Elladan even made it into the background. If Bilbo wasn't at the Council, I highly doubt that Elrohir and Elladan were there either.
