And my Mum has said that she would watch it with me next saturday!! Im happy, cos she usually hates Doctor Who, so I may convince her to come over to the dark side lol!

Tonights episode.
Oh...My...Gods!!!
As soon as I saw the pocket watch I just flipped..and was shouting at the screen "don't open it for him Martha!" XD
John Simm is PERFECT for The Master. Flawless casting.
Tonights episode also confirmed my Jack love. He is just about awesome in every way. I loved how everytime he'd talk to someone the Doctor was all "Stop it!" Jack is the best..he can flirt with me anytime
Can't wait for next weeks episode
..Oh noooo..I won't see it GAAAH..I'll have to watch the repeat on Sunday.
P.S. Martha rocks. She's everything a companion should be.

I discussed it with my friend over the computer while we watched it My mum was a bit annoyed about it, but it was so cool being able to discuss what was happening while it happened

Okay...July 8 can't come fast enough. The way all of youare discribing these episodes. I'd love to see weepy doctor again, as MB described. The short clip of him crying in "Parting of the Ways" was far too short. Oh jeese, I'm on a Doctor craze!

My conclusions draw from the episode:
Martha has finally earned her way into my good books. That first little bit of conversation between her, the Dr. and Jack really sorted out where everybody stood, and fitted her into the scheme of things.
I'm not sure that made entire sense, but hey. All the Rose references I think are helping the transition between companions.
As for the Master, I would like to congratulate the casting team on their best choice yet. Although he's does have the dark, evil looking facial hair he is so obviously exactly the same character as in the classic series. Brilliant.
As for the plot... I like it. I also have this cunning little theory that the doctor's retrieval of his TARDIS will have something to do with the fact that his 'spare hand' (Jack's doctor-alert system ) being in the TARDIS...

Hehe... that reminds me of the 'Come to the dark side, we have cookies' slogan... but I think we should have our very own...
Come to the dark side... we have The Doctor's TARDIS. (complete with Capt. Jack hidden inside)

^Gasp! Don't forget the Doctor! He needs to be there too! Nice quote, by the way. Blows the Evil Nazgul's one out of the water. So they have cookies...blah! We have men!

Yeah, I don't mind the two of them. In fact, I'll gladly trade all of the cookies (well, maybe keep a few white chocolate chips ones) for the Doctor and the Captain! Oh wait, was I supposed to say that? Isn't that too...whatever, to hell with traditional gender roles. I was bouncing up and down on my seat with excitement from the episode. The Master's behaviour was almost like the Doctor's. Yeah I figured that theory as well, plus I think the Doctor will fix Jack's vortex manipulator thing. Just a theory. I can't wait for the next one!

Ah, yes. The vortex manipulator will surely play a part. Good thinking 99.
How about this for including the doctor in the slogan....

I'll add that to the front page!
Just to clear it up for my theory formulating, was the hand still in the TARDIS when the Master ran away with it, or did they leave it outside? My memory is awful and I forgot to tape it. I do hope they don't kill off the Master again, cos I thought he wsa out of regenerations, and plus, I absolutley adore John Simm. Though I sisncerly doubt it with the final episode being called "Last of the Time Lords".

Okay.
OH my GOD!
I watched the episode yesterday. Whilst at work. (SHH!)
XD
Yeah, I basically...most brilliant episode. XD Oh how I love Mr. Davies' writing. XD
JACK = PURE LOVE
Doctor = PURE LOVE
Jack + Doctor = MB DEAD
XD
Okay...I need to calm down. See, I REAAALLLY wanted to comment about it here after I watched it...but the connection that was so brilliant died...until just now. XD SO, here I am. Of course.
So, after Gridlock, I remember talking to Oh Wise Phoenix and she predicited "You Are Not Alone" to be the Master. And when he was talking to the Doctor, I picked up on it pretty fast. So, when I saw the watch, I FLIPPED. So, like the whole...last 15 minutes I was freaking out. Let me give you this image. I'm standing by a counter...with my computer sitting on the ironing board, red napkins are on the ironing board as well, I have a very hot steaming iron in my hand, and I'm jumping up and down CHEERING and SQUEEEEEING maniacally with an iron in my hand. For the last 15 minutes I was like that. Just FREAKING out. XD
So, obviously the Master PWNS.
I'm going to join in the chorus of agreeing that the casting was SUPERBLY PERFECT.
I have to say, I enjoyed Martha a bit more in this episode.
But, I didn't pay too much attention to her because of Jack and our dear Doctor.
The HUG!!!!
I nearly died.
And all the talk about Rose was brilliant. The scene with the Doctor and Jack, while Jack was doing whatever in that room...it was just so well done.
GAH. I just loved all the flashbacks...and telling Jack what happened and Martha overhearing it all. Man, SUCH a well written episode.
So basically, Russell T. Davies is the man for writing this episode. XD
OH!!!
And so, at the beginning...with the opening credits...I nearly had a heart attack when all of a sudden "JOHN BARROWMAN" appeared out of nowhere. XD Ha ha ha!!
*sigh*
Miss Kess, the hand IS in the TARDIS.
I've no idea why...but it is.
Man, I really need to rewatch this episode. SOOO worth watching multiple times. And that's a GREAT quote in your siggy! One of the best lines. And I too loved all the "Stop it!" lines!
*sigh* Jack. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I LOOOOOOOOOVE that thing in the siggy! It's GREAT!!
So...obviously...LOOOOOOOOOOVED this episode. *SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*
I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited for this week's episode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
