"Beach! I love the beach!" Adara smiled, acting her best to be the cute little ten-year-old that she was, "I could get my sister to come also." Adara paused for a minute and continued to think aloud, "Well, she would have to come, the mean law people put restrictions on us, oy?"

Aiden walked out of the Archaelogical Resource Center (ARC), squinting as his eyes adjusted to the light. Stretching, he walked towards his car. He loved his work, but it could definitely be tiring at times.

He climbed into his car and drove to his house on the outskirts of the town.

((Well, since reality won't really exist, I wouldn't say they appear or that they pop out of the TV. I would say that they're just there. You know?))

"Aww, too bad, Lou," said Skylarh sadly; Louy was one of her good friends and she had been hoping she could come.

Sky smiled at Adara; Skylarh had a bit of a soft spot for the girl, as she had no younger siblings and the neighbor kid down the road was about as close as she could get.

"Sure, gurlie," she said, "Why not? We've got the space, for sure!"

By the time Rick had ran out of the school, his binder tucked under his arm, and returned to the girls' porch, Skylarh was offering a nice beach vacation with her family. Rick hadn't gone to the beach in so long. Four years to be exact. Maybe it wasn't that long, but they used to go every year twice.

"Hey." He said as he slowly walked up the porch steps. "Sounds like fun, Skylarh. I'm in if you'll allow me. He sat down on the last step, setting his binder down next to him.

[I hope its not disturbing I randomly came up.. but it was my only opportunity. ]

Louy grinned, then frowned.
"Did you guys here something?" She got up out of her chair and listened, suddenly she heard a big crash and someone yell "I like chocolate milk".
"Okay..." she said, eyes going wide, "That came from my kitchen..."

Adara immediately turned back into her pirate mode again. "No problem shall sneek behind my ever-seeing eyes," Adara said as she opened her eyes further and dashed into the house to see what all of the commotion was from.

Louy ran into the house after Adara. She came to the kitchen to see a little yellow man with a big head wondering around, pulling everything out of the cubards.
"I like chocolate milk!" he yelled. Suddenly he stopped in the middle of the floor, a satisfied look on his face. "I pooted." he suddenly whispered.

Louy went wide eyes.
"My dad's going to kill me!"

Skylarh smiled at Rick, "Sure, my dad might make you sleep on the deck though..."

Sky's grin grew bigger when Adara ran into the house, "Get 'em, Gurl!" she yelled after her.

Adara had froze in the room. She did not know what is the world this thing was, but she did know that she was going to have some nightmare tonight. Grabbing a spatula from the counter, Adara decided that she would fight the creature. "I am Aalt!" she shouted, thrusting the spatula at the thing.

Adara stared at the creature for a moment and soon took up a more elegant and noble pose with the thought of her beating this thing in something that could hardly be counted as a fight. "Away with you!" Adara screamed, swinging the spatula around at the creature.

Rick's eyes lightened. "Had a feeling, but thats all right with me. As long as I get to go to the beach." He laughed a bit, but suddenly stopped as commotion was intense inside the house. He heard some weird voice claiming it liked chocolate. "What?.." Immediately, he was inside, staring blankly at a little yellow man with a large head. His eyes widened in surprise. "So, who can explain what that is?"

Louy's hands went to her mouth. It was all she could do to stop from luaphing.
"Have you ever seen the cartoon "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends?" she asked Rick, "That would be one of the dumest characters on there... and I mean it. He's not very bright as you can tell."

Suddenly the yellow man stopped and looked at Adara.
"My name Cheese," then continued running in circles, screaming...

"Joking!" called Sky after Rick's retreating form, then running in to see the commotion.

"Oh. Em. Gee," was all Skylarh could say when she laid eyes on the... thing.

Adara lowered the spatula. She wasn't getting any combat out of this at all, so she figured she did not need to waste her strength. "I like Cheese," Adara said, "Especially cheddar. Yum." Looking up at Louy and Rick, she asked, "Foster's home for what?"

At this Rick laughed hysterically. "For Imaginary Friends.." he repeated, still staring at the strange creature before him. "Well he look harmless," Rick pointed out, taking some steps closer to "Cheese". "Doesn't look like he could do anything."

"And no, I haven't Louy. All I want to know is how something from a TV show ended up in your kitchen." He laughed, and continued to watch the yellow thing flail around.
