Well we usually have seperate threads for the decorations, food, who is going with whom, and what people are wearing.
So maybe this time there should be just one thread, and whoever posts the thread in the first post can edit things like who is going with whom, and the important things like that, that need to be listed for everyone to see.
As there is only two days, I don't see any need for a vast number of threads. And you are more likely to get people taking an interest, if they don't have to read 5 different threads to understand what is going on.[/color]

I'll put up one thread if you'd like. I can start a list of who's going with whom. And anyone can post what they're "wearing", what decorations/food their should be, etc.

Bag End ? - Chatting
Swimming Hole/The Water - Swimming & Games & Silliness
Food Buffet Thing (I have no idea what to call it) - Food! A hobbit's gotta eat.
A Place for Dancing - any ideas?

Okie dokies.. since our first ball is now over I guess it wouldn't hurt to start planning the second, aye? I've noticed that our RotR celebrations etc. are going to be continuing into September, and really, I'd prefer if we didn't wait that long to have another ball as school will be starting for many of us long before that. What do you all think?

I guess it depends on when school starts for everyone. Mid August might be the best.. maybe around 10 August or so?

We should get a poll to when school starts. Typically, it starts past labor day, but are school system is whack and it starts in Mid-August.
