Charolette knodded to Katria. She was too stunned and worn out to actually say anything. Crawling into the bed, Charolette lay down and soon fell sound asleep.

Katria smiled and went out of the room. She looked around and sighed, walking out to the top level and looked out into the sky. She so badly wanted to be out on the ocean, to be at the mercy of the sea, not the king. She knew it had only been one day, but if they where going to find these Crystals, they were wasting time sitting here. It would be a hard chase, it would. But it would be fun.

Charolette unwillingly peeped her eyes open. The dawn had interuppted her sleep. She didn't dream, but, to her advantage, she didn't have a nightmare either. Yawning, Charolette sat up in bed to see that Katria was already up, awake, and moving around.

Paloc strode out of his room, dressed in his tattered, comfortable clothes, and the bright blue jacket he had found. Stifling a yawn, he asked Charolette, "How did you sleep?"

"Pretty well," Charolette smiled over at Paloc, just getting out of bed, "and pretty long also, I see." Charolette smirked and looked to the outside to visualize the dock. "Do you know yet when we are going to set off?" she asked.

Watching the bustle of activity on the street, Paloc shook his head. "I hope it's soon, though. I'm already getting tired of waiting."

Captain Aaron came out of his room, seemingly still half asleep. He, unlike Carolette had, had a horrible night. First he couldn't find a comfortable possition on that too-soft bed, then his mind wouldn't shut off. He kept thinking about the adventure ahead. It was the danger that concerned the captain, but the time limit they had to do it in, and the placed they needed to go.

Aaron heard what Paloc said.
"I want to get going today. I just hope those ship builders have finnished my ship. I couldn't spend another night in this too-clean-for-my-blood castle."

Charolette stood up and stretched out her arms. Practical, Charolette asked, "Then, why don't we just go down and make sure the ship is done?"

"And if it isn't done, we can just go anyway and make any other repairs while we are sailing away." Katria said, coming up to the group. "This place is too rich for me, and my fingers are itching to steal something and I didn't get a wink of sleep." She sighed heavily.

"I agree with that. Someone stay here and wait for the others to wake up and tell them the plan. The rest come with me to see what's been fixed, and what needs fixed."

Charolette scampered out of the door, following the captain to the deck She did not know what the plan was, and she surely was not going to be kept here having to make up some plan off of the top of her head.
