Me hearties.
My heart is banging a regular jig in my chest as I right this; and I feel much as if I have been suddenly released from a long-time spell in which a witch turned me into a wombat and now I'm having a hard time acting the human again.
Well, at least I'm ma ever-lovin' rambling, nonsensical self. That's some comfort.
When I left, I had no inclination to believe that I was ever coming back. The parental scythe of doom had swung upon me an unruly blow, I was disgruntled to say the least, disheartened, and so I bid you all farewell, shedding tears at the prospect of leaving such a grand ol' place.
Well to make a long story short (and I do mean LONG! Yawn inducing!) I've had a TERRIBLE time. Among other things, my parents demanded I cut all contact with my dearest friend just because she is an avid Ringer, and burn my LotR books and movies.
I went along with it all, as terrible as it was, until the beginning of June. And then I kind of... well... to put it bluntly, I had a conniption fit when they told me I would be grounded from going to the library just because I mentioned how much I was like a hobbit to a friend.
And so we finally had a 3-hour pow wow about it, I expressed my feelings strongly, and I guess it finally dawned on them how much LotR is a part of me. And so we made a compromise in some area's... although they still refused to allow me on AU.
Well, last night I threw all caution to the wind, and snuck in to comment on a post MsGamgee made, and my dad saw it on my history. He told me that as long as I [in his words] don't be come "unreasonably obsessed again with Lord of the Rings" he'll let me back on.
 
FM is happy dudes.

I'm so glad you're back! i missed you! I was so sad you had to give up something you love so much (i can only imagine how i would feel), so i'm glad you're allowed back on!

Oh, I am so unbelievably happy for you FM, I can't tell you how happy I am, I am literally crying here. I am so pleased that you managed to compromise with your parents, and that you have come back to us.

This is like one of the top ten best moments ever of my life. Probably number two. 
JF, I literally burst into a mad whooping fit when my dad left my room, and jigged around the room half a million times in glee. Right now, I honestly fear if I even get a spot more of happy news I will explode.
