Head of Immunology and ICU? Makes sense doesn't it? I mean, they didn't make Cameron an Immunologist and Chase an Intensivist (sp) for nothing.
I imagine since there's absolutely no settlement on the House/Cameron vs. House/Cuddy vs. House/Wilson vs. Wilson/Cuddy that they can't possibly get rid of these characters, because that's just suicide.
