Feeling the strong touch of his father stopped Will, as he looked back in his father's eyes, "I won't be long. Trust me. Take care of the ship, father." His gaze continued to stare into Bootstrap's blue eyes for a few more seconds, before he disappeared into the Dutchman's mast and back onto the Pearl.
Looking to Elizabeth, he placed his arm around her waist and waved his hand toward his father and crew, in a gesture of departure.

Portia looked out to the ocean and took a deep breath. She didn't know exactly where the coordinates were for the treasure, but she knew that there would be trouble waiting there. There always was.

Bootstrap let his eyes settle on the face of his son. It was shrinking in the distance as was The Black Pearl. "Come back Will,. . .part of the crew, part of the ship. . ."
Turning his back when he could see the ship and her crew no more, Bootstrap, saddened, went to work.

Trees, trees and more trees. That's all there was to be seen on the island that they had arrived on. Portia rolled her eyes as she looked over the very green scenery in front of her. She slowly looked over to Jack and the rest of the crew, seeming quite agitated. "Well... can ya find it, Jack?" She asked him, while resting her hands on her hips. _________________

Captain Jack's boots sank in the wet, sticky mud as he changed his position and place himself near Portia.
"Love. . ." Jack smirked slightly, realizing he had called her what she did not wish to be called, but continued, "Me compass works just fine, but it seems to be spinnin' in not a general position."

Will had made his way up to Portia and Jack and his eyes examined the vast jungle before them. "These jungles look dangerous, Jack. I am not content with Elizabeth and James entering them....before they are inspected for anything suspicious," he said in a hoarse serious voice.

Portia glared to Jack, when he called her "Love". She then looked over to Will and sighed deeply. "It's not safe fer anyone, mate. But, that's a risk we're all willin' ta take." She told him softly and then got out her sword, while starting to cut down some vines and branches that were in their way.

Mr. Gibbs glanced sideways at Will before looking at Portia and Jack. "Will, Portia's right. This island 'as never 'een, nor I believe, ever will be, safe." Then, Mr. Gibbs walked over to Jack for further instructions.
