It is the time of glory and splendor. A time of King Arthur and his glorious knights. The time of the Holy Grail and the hunt of the impossible-to-catch White Stag. The Kingdom of Camelot is blooming and Arthur's reign is at his highest, and he has been expanding his territory for the past 20 years. But he has hurt not only one, but two very precious races and there very existence by doing this, and they are almost gone.

And he has done so knowingly.

The Dragons and the Shifters. (better known as Shapeshifters). Both races are powerful and beautiful, both magificent and majestic, both races of old times...

And both are almost extinct.

The Dragons have been hunted for many years, and they have not been very good at living and escaping the blows that the humans have taken against them. The Dragon's numbers are growing slim...and there faith or trust in others of difference races are even slimmer. Except for one other race; the one that is in the same boat at they are.

The Shifters.

The Shifters are a race of immortals that look human...but can change into some of the most beauitful creatures known to humans. They can shift into animals, any animals, except one. They have never been able to shift into dragons, but other than that, the Shifters can shift into anything that breathes, and they look like ordinary humans, except for two differences:

Every Shifter has the Mark of the Shifter, which is a small engraving in there left wrist which is of a flower, and in the middle of the flower is a animal claw. Each Shifter is born with this mark, and it will forever be with them. The other difference that only Shifter's can possess is there eyes. Shifters, like humans, have different color eyes, (green, blue, hazel, etc.), but Shifters also have a tint of silver coloring in there eyes that makes them different, and also causes there glares to pierce like ice and there smiles to be as radient as the sun.

But now this race's numbers are few, and for the past 20 years, they have tried to hide in the shadow's, away from King Arthur's knights and the other humans that are trying to destroy them.

But no longer will they do this.

The Shifters, even though they feel bad if they ride on any animal since they can shift into one, are become the world's first ever Dragon Riders, and they, Dragon and Shifter, are going to war with the humans, and making there final stand.

There is a group of 9 Shifters and there partner dragons that are going to try and go against Arthur and his knights. But, there are three more members of this rebel group that are not Shifters or dragons.

They are three mortals.

Three brothers, actually. They went into the forest one day and saw the Shifters and all there beauty and did not call them monsters nor taunt them or try to kill them. They accepted them as equals and asked if they too, could stand against there very own King, in the name of the Shifters.

The Shifters agreed.

Now is the hour that Shifters and Dragons are meeting in the middle of the forest that is in the outshirts of the Kingdom of Camelot, along with the three new human friends, to organize there attack and seal whatever fate lies before them. It is in the air that they will make one last stand.

2. Romance is allowed, but doesn't need to be the huge matter of the RPG. And please, keep it PG-13. We don't need any kids being born in the middle of battle!

*We will have 11 spots in this RPG (really 12, but I have a char also, so) 8 Shifters and 3 Humans. Also, if you are a Shifter, you will also play your partner Dragon that your Shifter will ride. (sidenote: humans do not have dragons!)
**Please, no more than two charactors. (I mean this by you can have two shifters or a shifter and a human, dragons don't count as charactors here.)

Apperance/Personailtiy: has very short black hair, tanned skin like he is in the sun all day long. Has a large scar across his face and most of his expressions seem somewhat distant. Keeps to himself. Kind of

History: Anira and her elder brother were the only survivors of a raid made on their village by Arthurian knights.
