Elrond sighed. He knew deep down that there were going to be a lot of question, and, even deeper down, he knew that there were going to be many that he couldn't answer. "I have explained to you what the people of Middle-Earth know. This is to catch you up, nothing else. I will speak more at the council this afternoon. Go to lunch, and meet over there. If you get lost easily, I suggest sticking nearby."

Abagail was excited. She did not want to do this at first, but the chance to do something for a whole entire world. This is like big blue hero stuff, she thought to herself, quoting from Armaggedon, as quoting from different movies was a sport to her.

Caitlin pondered his words, not knowing what to believe. So this spell causes our friends to become our enemies and our enemies to become our friends. But from how it sounds, the change happens without warning. How are we to prevent it? she wondered. Or are we just suppose to prepare ourselves for it? With a sigh she decided to give up on her musings. She would wait until further instruction was given at the council-perhaps then their role in this quest would become more clear.

Scott was now vey excited, but as he looked down at his clothes, he noticed that they did stick out from people in Middle-Earth. He wondered if he would get to wear Elvish garments, or if he would stick with what he was wearing now. But he just shrugged the thought off for now and thought about going to the Council. He was terribly excited.

"Now... I wonder where all the characters are. Probably in the hall of fire, or at least a few will be. Now... where would that be, I think this way?" he pointed down another hallway.

"So, I'm Mark... and by the cloths your wearing I'm guessing your not from this place either."

(Let's have a few posts before the council, but not much.. we are already on page 11, and we haven't even been able to insert the Fellowship yet.)

Abagail sighed deeply; she was hungry and had decided that the best person to follow would be Aaron. Walking behind him, she casually started a conversation, "You are looking for food, right?"

Caitlin smiled thinly at Mark. "You got that right." she said quietly. "By the way, I'm Caitlin." she added. She then turned to see Abagail talking with Aaron. "And I say, from the looks of it-we follow them if we are to find anything around here." she remarked wryly.

"Hm... no, I'm not looking for food, I'm looking for the hall fo Fire, where some of the characters might be. Though, I know from the Hall of Fire, you only need to go down this one hallway to get to the dinning hall," Aaron explained to Abagail...

"Well, then, I still have a reason to follow you, don't I?" she commented to the dining hall comment from Aaron, "and how close are we to our first stop: the hall of fire? Why is it even called the hall of fire? Go in and get scorched?" Abagail tossed her head back and tossed her hands up in an "Oooh" type manner as if she wasn't afraid of walking into a hall breathing flame.

"No, it's called the Hall of Fire because of the fire pit that is in the middle of the room. It's the place where the elves sing songs, and tell tales after dinner. That would be why it's so close to the Dinning Hall," Aaron spoke again...

"Cool," Abagail said with complete obligation. She, in reality, didn't care. All Abagail could concentrate at the moment was how quickly she would be able to rid of her overpowering hunger which she believed came from missing breakfast and traveling between worlds.

Legolas was slightly interested in these humans that had been summoned here from a distant time. They had all been relieved from the Council for a bit of food before continuing, with the newcomers.

He stood outside of the Dining Hall for a little while, and decided that he would have something later, since he had already eaten before. He knew that the summoned visitors were eating inside, and he was curious to hear a bit of their chatter before he revealed himself. He became even more curious as he heard one of them give an accurate description to another of the Hall of Fire. They had never been here before... how did he know all this?

He stepped noiselessly into the room. "Mae govannen, guests, and welcome to Imladris," he said graciously, giving them a courteous bow. He smiled slightly when Pippin ran clumsily into one of them.

Abagail stood shocked, not knowing what to do. This was all too much for her to comprehend at once. "First off, little person," she referred to Pippin by grabbing the top of his head and pushing him about half an arm's length away from her, "Food is what I am looking for also, but I am not the one to run into. Turn and run into him," Abagail pointed at Aaron and continued, "he seems to know all about the hall of burning ash, or whatever, and where the food is."

"And hi," Abagail turned and looked at Legolas, "I think I recognize you. Oh yes! You are that one that never misses... ever."

"Legolas is my name," he said. "And this is Peregrin Took. He means you no harm. May I ask you your names?"

"I'm Abagail," she introduced herself, "but I still believe I am going to stick with little person and showoff. Names are not my speciality, in the least."
