"You thought of it Kay, so you act like a mouse," Brian smiled and stole the Ipod to figure out how to get them out of the Colosseum, "And, Veronica, that sounds good. Just don't get eaten. That would be bad."

"Take us somewhere cool." Alyssa said, peeking over Brian's shoulder. She seemed relatively unconcerned about the fact that huge cats were watching the group, and was excitedly snapping pictures of the Colosseum in it's heyday.

"Where would be cool?" Brian asked once he finally figured out how it worked, somewhat.

"Oh, I don't know. The Saxon invasions, Irish Diaspora, Hundred Year War- something like that." Alyssa didn't quite realize her definition of 'cool' wasn't exactly normal.

"Ok.. why don't we stick with American Revolution.. so we don't blow the brains off of Kay too quickly. We need to start slowly, even though she didn't start too slow herself," Brian told Alyssa and fingered with Kay's Ipod to go back to the American Revolution.

As Veronica darted off towards the guard, she could hear faint laughter coming from the crowd. She rolled her eyes. "This isn't supposed to be funny," she muttered. She approached the stationary guard. "Hey.. er... you there," she said loudly, tapping his helmet. "Can I borrow that... the thing you're holding? Just really quickly."
The guard stared straight ahead and made no sign of having acknowledged her presence. "Hey!" she snapped, frustrated at being ignored. She kicked him hard in the shin, and still he didn't move. "What're you made of stone or something? Geez, give me that!" She grabbed the spear and tried to pry his stiff fingers off of it, and predictably failed.

Bella saw Veronica's stuggle with the guard and decided to go help. She walked up towards them,"Need some help?" she asked Veronica as she began to help pry the spear out of the man's hand. "You know what?" she asked Veronica as she worked for the sper," His helmet is pretty cool."

Brian fiddled around with the Ipod a little more and looked to others like he didn't care what was going in the Colosseum. He was about ready to set it, but realized he had stolen Kay's Ipod. Running over to Kay, he placed his Ipod in her hands, set Kay's Ipod, and they were off.

Kay ran up to the lion, trying to distract him. Once she got right in front of lion, dancing weird to make the lion try to attack her. The lion gave a roar and started to chase her."AAHHH!!" Kay ran as fast as she could. Suddenly, she was zapped into the time tunnel again.

As Veronica and Bella tried in vain to pry the spear from the stubborn guard, Veronica felt a huge lurch and she was yanked up off the ground and away from the spear, feeling the familiar rushing sensation of the time tunnel. "Oh, gosh, finally," she said in relief. "Where are you taking us now?" She pulled out her iPod and stared at the screen: 'American Revolution'. "Oh, this should be interesting," she said.

Aaron felt himself be pulled into the tunnel again.
"Wait, the American Revolution? What if we pop right into a battle... we'll get shot!"

"Good heavens... maybe that's why we weren't ask to test these," said Veronica reasonably. "Because they're always landing people in the nastiest situations! It's not supposed to be used yet!!"

"Well.. we don't know if you are going to land right..." Brian explained to them right before he dropped onto the ground in the middle of a town. "Ouch, another reason could be the fact that you don't transfer too well."

They all landed with a hard thud onto the ground. Veronica grunted and sat up, rubbing the side of her head in pain. "Definitely," she said in annoyance. "I swear my IQ has gone down by several notches landing hard on my head twice." She looked around the dusty town. "So... err... this is the American Revolution?"
