Legolas looked out, jumping onto a rock to get a better view as Frodo shrugged to Sam's question. But Legolas gave him a better answer.

"Hide!" Aragorn shouted. He ran over to the hobbits as the Crebain proceeded quickly. "Here, beneath the rocks and bushes." When he'd made sure that Frodo was covered, he threw himself in the shadows of the rocks.

Legolas helped Gandalf off the rocks and then ran and hid behind the bushes and Frodo was grateful for Aragorn's help to find a hiding place. Once he was hiddin, he stayed silent.
