(sure, I revive her, Breda reminds me of Flow)

(i'll play her if you don't mind though)
as Morwen rode out a young lad of about 14 summers wasn't paying attention and walked out in front of Morwen's horse Breda. the boy suddenly saw his danger and fell back away from the dangerous hooves. he looked up at Morwen, he didn't have the face of a boy though his eyes were green and his blonde hait cut short as if cut with great haste or by a sword blade. His gaze was firm and alittle shy as if he knew Morwen, perhaps he knew that she was a great fighter? in any case this lad didn't seem right.

(the lad is a girl BTW it's just one of my awesome and well thought out plans of Deciet!)

(Yes, kind of. He is virtually the same as Fred, a horse I used to ride at camp, except bigger.)

Breda reared up as the boy fell back, looking for any excuse to misbehave. "Awiergan eow, boy! Watch where you are running!" Breda began to gallop off with Morwen yelling, "I'll hit you with the reins, Breda! This is rediculous!"

*Ever since they had returned to camp, Sen had been pondering over his maps. He must plan their journey; they must reach it the day before Maleon's forces, and with the duel looming, it would not be easy. He heard Deawen riding up outside, and went to meet her.*
My lady Deawen, in here. Gandalf has already arrived, and Morwen has yet to. My commanders have assembled, and are eager to find out what is in store for us.
*Sen held open the tent flap, and ushered Deawen inside.*

Morwen had calmed Breda before she arrived at the tent. She dismounted, slightly disgusted, and entered the tent, ceremonially carrying her helmet, and found Sen and Deawen and an old men who she took to be Gandalf the Grey. "Westu hal," she said with a slight bow to them all.

Eston and Drad already seated next to the storm Officers a strang sight considering Drad and Eston alike wore Black tunics instead of armor. Deawen smiled at everyone and bowed her head to each officer in turn as ceromony dictated, she noted that the Elven Officers, the Storm, the Phantom, and Gandalf were all here, even Parmatur. Drad smiled and cleared his throat " You must FOrgive Lady Deawen and Lady Morwen for being late I hear it is fashionable for women to be late nowdays...." a few chuckles from all sides responded but Deawen gave Drad a slight inclination of her head.
Eston Handed Deawen a waterproof flap of papers Deawen sighed as she took them. she took her place at the other head of the table across from Sen. she opened the papers and briefly read the contents, reports of supplies and numbers of units, condition of the horses, and siege weapons. even a map that looked fresh and very recent was included. Eston had gathered all that Deawen would need in the meeting ahead all but the Duel. she Looked at Eston who looked back she sighed to him with her hands " what about the duel?"
he reponded " later" Deawen took a deep breath and waited.

*Sen waved Eston down.*
Deawen raises a crucial matter, in fact. When shall we have this duel? Though we already have a battle ahead of us, this duel may well play an important role. Shall we have the duel now, and risk them following, seeking revenge? Or shall we have it on the field of battle, risking them harrying us on the way to our destination.
*Sen then turned to Deawen, and spoke to her directly.*
This affects you the most, Deawen. I speak for myself and the Storm when I say this; the choice is yours.

Deawen stood straighter, " Argo's forces will pull in closer to us this evening the snow will push him closer to open grass, meaning us.. the duel is unavoidible to a later point. " Deawen said emotionless, " as you may or may not know Sen if Fighting for the Leadership of the phantoms against Argo, For he cannot fight in my stead that would be unwise and looked down upon. In turn if he wins then i in turn challenge him for the leadership of the Phantoms. Phantom Duel often end in bloodshed but not always " she added nodding her head to Drad who returned the gesture.

*Sen nodded.*
Then that is settled. This evening the two duels shall take place. The next morning, we shall move out. The battle against Maleon's forces will take place in a valley, with one enterance, and one exit. His large numbers will make no difference in those small quarters, but our superior skill will. The Storm will set up a shield wall, much as we did a few days ago, and hold the enemy. Once there is a break, Deawen, we will open the wall and have your cavalry charge out. Make sure to return once your dammage has been done; we cannot risk the Phantoms being cut off and encircled. Also, you can provide cover in our rear, in case any of the enemy grows wiser than they should.
*Sen paused, waiting for any comments.*

(yay now I get to use my battle for middle earth 2 battle stratgies )
Deawen was slient for awhile
" As soon as the calavry pulls back fire a few volleys, now that the ranks are scattered push the wall forward even if it is only a few feet it counts. " Deawen said pulling out her map. " I have two catapults we can position towards the rear of the valley, we should also position archers high up to lessen the ranks a bit. "

Morwen listened to the proceedings closely, and raised her hand a bit before she spoke. "I think that, perhaps, it would be a good idea to have a combined force of Phantoms and Storm soldiers to scout out, on horseback, the movements of any fringes of the enemy."

*Sen took this into consideration, before replying.*
I agree, though there should not be too many, and the Storm will fare better on foot, for these two reasons; firstly, we do not want to alert the enemy to our presence, for we need to give them as little time as possible to maneuver. Secondly, we need as many warriors with our main body as possible; we our outnumbered as it is, and do not need to have too many warriors off scouting. If there is nothing else to add, I suggest you all go prepare your warriors for tonight, and the long march ahead.

Deawen nodded to her officers dismissing them with new orders towards the duel. She stayed behind with words that needed to be said " something tells me you are going try and keep me out of the battle as much as you can..." Deawen said playfuly looking at the map on the table.

Morwen nodded and left the tent quickly. She needed to recruit several of the Phantoms, assuming Lord Sen would send her a few of the Storm.

*Sen smiled, as he looked down at the map as well, standing behind her.*
I would not dream of it, my lady; I have grown wise in my dealings with you, and know that while I would try and help to tame your powers, your will cannot be tamed in any way. I... I also love you too much to try.
