"Let's go." Alithia said opening the door and stepping out. It took her a second to find the door, and theen to find the stables.
She opened the stable doors and walked in, a nicker greeted her. "Hi there Ghost," she walked over to his stall and walked inside, "sorry about leaving you boy." She stroked the horse's cheek lovingly. She went to the entrance to the stall and opened the gate, "Come on, let's give you some excersize." and with that he bolted out of his stall into the fresh air.
Alithia laughed and ran outside after him she stopped when she was a ways away from the house and whistled for him to come back. He came cantering back from where he was getting a drink in a stream.
She jumped onto his back and started to trott him in circles.
((And I did all this without a saddle and bridle, I don't even own a saddle and bridle.))
She urged him faster and he started to canter. She ldirected him away from the house towards the town.

"A moment, please!" Simbelmynë called from the stables. As quickly as she could, she saddled her horse, Windfola. She urged him as fast as she could to join Alithia and Arey. Once she reached them, she slowed Windfola to a canter.

"I think this would do a world of good for her," she said to Arey. "It would give her the excercise she has not been able to have for the last few days. Come, let us join her."

Alithia slowed Ghost when they came to the town, she looked behind her to see if anyone was coming. When she didn't see anything move in the direction of Elwing's home she moved Ghost along.
