Isn't Remus hard to draw? I like your Remuses, I absolutely hate mine. I try to draw Remus from the book, despite how much I LOVE David Thewlis, I just can't bloody do him any justice in my artwork.
The last one is definitely my favorite---I'm so used to her with purple now, it kills me! Ah well, THE PINK IS STILL TRADEMARK!
Since I got my new scanner, I better hurry up and scan the one drawing I pretty much have done in. xD
I hate my Remuses. They never look like how I imagine Remus 
Your Remuses are great!!!
In the last one I used purple because I wanted to give her a different color but pink will always be Tonks.

Well, I guess we think highly of each other's artwork while we down like our own.  It's so very common---but I insist, I love your Remus---it reminds me so much of David Thewlis.

Oooh, nice pick, Vivi! It's so cute!! Same here, Vivi---I want to find my perfect Remus. ^^
I like movie!Tonks. She's not as I pictured but she's spunky enough. Natalia Tena did not let me down---make-up however.... ah well, the poofy purple is okay, at least she changed it some times. I want to see the PINK. The next film, they will have to show the PINK. If they cut out Remus/Tonks entirely, I WILL HURT SOMEONE.

I would like to post this little passage written by our dear faeriemaiden. She's brilliant with Remus/Tonks and I thought you guys might like this...

Yes, he was sort of acting uncharacteristically -- but there were reasons for that.
See, I've been labouring under the impression for some time now -- aided by fic -- that Remus was extremely damaged, emotionally and psychologically, by the time he spent with Fenrir Greyback and company during HBP. I sort of showed that in The Wise and the Lovely, but I still don't have a very clear idea of what exactly my Remus was doing during that time (mostly because I'm much too stuck on fernwithy 's version and am not sure I can even think about Greyback's pack without, say, Sweet and Alderman). And then he never really had a chance to recover -- Dumbledore dies, and then the Wizarding world really plunges into war, and he's just -- exhausted, and damaged, and behaving irrationally because of it. Add into the equation my theory that Dora has been threatened, possibly already put into danger, because of the Black side of her family which already despised her but never paid her much attention, until that half-blood metamorphmagus tramp of Andromeda's went and married a werewolf -- I mean, Voldemort even pointed this out, and Bellatrix was fuming -- unless something in the book which I missed contradicted this a lot, I'm fairly sure she at least tried to get at Dora somehow. (Oy, I just typed Dora instead of Tonks twice, without really thinking about it. Oh dear.) Not to mention that anti-werewolf sentiment must have been rampant during the war -- far more than usual, such that Remus was probably in a lot of danger, pretty much all the time, which also meant that Dora and their unborn child were in danger. So his outburst to Harry was slightly justified worry, combined with a massive dose of instability and paranoia.
Whoever has not read fernwithy's Shifts and Shades MUST do so. NOW. You are not a true Remus/Tonks if you don't.

GAH. You guys have to encourage me to at least TRY to draw Remus's slacks even though it'll be HORRIBLE. Rather, I should finish up my Remus/Tonks tribute before anything all I have to do is look up their date of birth and fake their date of death.
I'm actually not done catching up on Shades...Which I should... >.> I REALLY, REALLY should.

Well, I would say it's a Tonks thing....because I've never heard it in any other British movies, tv shows...etc. I've only ever heard it in HP

Hmm---well, it must mean something... I s'pose it's a sort of greeting but if the other character knows what it means, then it must be a British thing, right?

I really don't know what the exact dates are---but I just made up the ones that were not available. For example Remus was born March 10th but it is debatable what year he was born in, I put him in 1958 because that would mean he and Tonks are 15 years apart. Tonks was born in 1973 however her exact birthday is unknown, I made up August 28th because it felt very Tonks. And last of course is the date of death because it is marked that the Battle of Hogwarts occured spring of 1998, but someplace else marked it somewhere in June of 1998, I decided June 19th, before it was actually Summer. So it's in June but still Spring. A friend thought the little boy was one of Harry's kid so I insisted that I colored his hair so it's clear that he is indeed Teddy Remus Lupin and not James Potter or Albus Severus Potter.

I'm just loving the mass of Remus/Tonks fics now and oh how I miss them so very much. I was reading through their scenes in the DH book today before letting a friend borrow it and it's just so very depressing.
