Okay! Well, I have something called "Fantasy Encyclopedia"... and it has information on most mystical creatures! I looked up Valkyrie, Phoe, but they didn't have anything... but they did have something on Kir'rin!
Eastern Unicorns
The Ki Lin(or Ch'i Lin) described in the ancient texts of China are different from the Western Unicorn(white horse with horn), both in appearance and in character. They are described as having the body of deer and the hooves of a horse, with a find head and a single horn. They are so gentle that they tread carefully for fear of harming insects.
In Japanese legend the Kirin is a unicorn similar to Ki Lin, but it's body is covered with scales.
Eastern unicorns are seen to be peaceful and bringers of good luck.

LDM has demons... and I don't think they're any different from dæmons... just two different ways of doing the e. Unless you can prove they're two different creatures, you'll have to try to find something else, sorry NT! But I will help you if you want me to!

If the demons LDM is talking about are the evil ones, then yes, there different. The dæmons I'm talking about are from "The Golden Compass." There animals that everyone has, and they can change form to different animals, untill the person there bound to reaches the right age, then the choose a form and stay that way. _________________ I was Nymphadora Tonks
