Piotr aimlessly romped around the halls of the institute. He had no classes to go to at the time being so he was basically board out of his mind. As is the nature of these things, he was thinking of all sorts of unearthly ideas that only pop into an extremely board persons head, like "what would happen if we all walked around with fish in our back pockets?", and thoughts of the same level of absurdity.

He was so board and un-observing that he walked right into a handful of people and straight into a few walls. After the second wall his humility over ran his thoughts and he came into the kitchen for a bag of ice and something to eat.

Shadow Cat, Kitty to her friends sat in class. She tried to listen to the lesson, but it wasn't exactly one of her favorite subjects.

((Then him replying if he knew it was her, was the right response surely? I'm getting very confused now))

Terri looked up at Scott. Her body an voice was still a boys. "How did you know it was me?" she asked thankful they were the only ones in the hall.

"You don't think I wouldn't recognise you, even looking like that?" he said coldly "I've known you too long and.." he trailed off, staring off into the distance.

He shook his head "I have to go, I have things to do" he finished and turned back towards the living quarters.

"And what Scott?" Terri asked. "I know about Jean, but tell me, talk to me."

"What's to talk about?" he frowned, his body tensing "I have nothing left to say. Please, leave me alone" he began to walk on again. His thoughts racing. All he could think about was Jean, the dreams he had been having about her lately were disturbing.

Terri glared at Scotts back and before leaving she yelled out for him to hear. "Jean isn't the only woman that has ever cared and loved you. She never has been or will be." With that she left the mansion.

Scott heard Terri's words as he walked on. Jean had suspected Terri had something of a crush on Scott, he always laughed it off. Now it seems she was right, he should have known Jean was right. She was a telepath after all. He shrugged it off and made his way to his quarters.

He walked into the dismal looking room. The bed unmade, the curtains still drawn, a framed photograph of himself and Jean by his bedside. He slumped down onto the bed and picked the photograph up and clutched it so tightly his knuckles began to turn white.

Suddenly his mind began to jar, images of Jean violently racing through his head.

"Help me Scott...Help me" the words echoed over and over as his minds eye couldn't block out the pain, the anguish and the fear.

Just as suddenly as the images appeared, they were gone. Leaving nothing but a headache and his own determination. He stood up from his bedside and threw some things into a backpack and strode out of his room with a purpose.

Terri sighed as she took on her original form. She left the mansion behind and went on her way to find the one person she looked up to as a Grandfather, Magneto. They needed to talk.
