Well, many of you may know about this already, either from the facebook event or from something else, but I wanted to let everyone know that September 10 is International Free Hug Day!
The idea is just to go around and give people as many hugs as you can! Just SPREAD THE LOVE! 
Sep. 10 is the date because on Sep. 11, everyone will be thinking of all the bad things in the world, and remembering the tragedy of 9/11/01, and we wanted to give people something to remind them of the good in the world.
So pass on some love, show people the good in the world, and join in the hugs!

This is a wonderful idea - free hugs!  How much better can it get? Lol, I just remembered, I can go hug the hot guys at lunch!

Aww, I love that video. It makes me feel really good inside to know that there are people out there who do that kind of stuff. I'll definitely be giving free hugs on 10 September.

yay for free hugs day! This could definately work to my advantage. But this does send a really good message, and the video is really touching.

Fwee! It was today, and I was surprised by the number of kids at school wearing T-Shirts that said "Free Hugs". (Okay, I only saw two, but my school is really big, so out of the people I actually see every day, I consider that an accomplishment.)  _________________ <center> all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us
