*jawdrop*

Wow.

Oh, and could you add voice and violin for me?
I don't know what I am in voice... not Soprano, I'm at least a little bit lower than that.

And I'm trying to decide on another instrument... I think it's going to be oboe or viola. Any input?

Sure

My friend plays oboe and I had tryed before. It is very high pitch and some times very hard to blow though the reed, so it would make my head hurt. My friend never had any problems though.

My high schools first home football game is on Sept 14th....I chose to sing the Star Spangled banner today in front of everyone at the football game....

the away team, our team, visitors, our town's citizens, the marching band (which I would be playing in afterward).....

OH MY!!!

Yeah... my main concern is my lungs, they're kinda weak... but I think as long as I don't play in colder weather I should be okay... if we find a teacher here.

Oh, wow, LadyofRohan!!! Good luck with that!

May I join? Put me down for piano and bagpipe (well actually I've only just started to learn the latter, for my cadet corps' band).

Go bagpipes! My sister was *supposed* to have started teaching me about two years ago... but she hasn't done anything. :annoyed:

I'm so excited... my dad just left to get my oboe reeds *happy dance*.

My friend played oboe... she named it obey, so I was say Obi-wan Kanobi! lol!

I learned a new song on my fiddle! "Fire on the Mountain" it's like patting your head and rubbing your tummy. Violin players should know what I mean when the hand holding the bow is doing one rythm, and the hand on the neck is doing something else... but I finnally got the hang of it!

^ ooh, mind if I take it "Obi-wan Kenobi" for my oboe?

Grrr.... the music store didn't have soft reeds, only medium, so we didn't get any.

Descant, treble and tenor are different types of recorder.
