However, I just want to clear the confusion about Islam, my best friend is Muslim and they do believe in Jesus and they do believe in the Old/New Testament and many of the other Christian bases, however they don't believe that Jesus was the main prophet, Mohammad was. Your previous comment about Allah(god), offended me and I'm sure it would to my friend as well. I would like everyone to keep in mind that THIS is not the place for religious discussion, this is the second time that I've seen religion being discussed/argued in this thread....

And if it doesn't go away, you could see if you can get legal action.
As for your parents, well, I've dealt with apathetic parents before and I understand the frustration. Just remember they still love you (even if they don't seem to) and if they don't, well, it's only a matter of time before you cleared out on them.
I wouldn't worry about your teachers or your friends for that matter. While teachers are supposed to be something like a parent figure, you have to remember they're dealing with a hundred students on something that's close to like $10 an hour (I really have no idea so children of teachers, please do not be offended) and some of them (like a few I have) are just mean fat old ugly toads (once again children of teachers, I certainly do not mean them). And your friends, well, best thing to do is ignore them back and see if they open up for you. If they don't, well, forget about them. They obviously don't care if you live or die and those aren't your friends. And if you think no one cares about you, I'm sorry to say but you're gravely mistaken. All of us here do care about you. So find solace in that and good luck. _________________

Alright, I wished to come in here and try asking for help and advice about my cutting and my depression but clearly all everyone is doing arguing so therefore, I shall walk away forget about it since no one seems to be helping each other here so I'll just continue on my way with it. *walks away*

^Uh. It did stop, lol. Caunion posted a long post with advice only two posts before yours. The argument is completely over. Someone posted an issue right in the middle of the argument and (s)he still received advice. You're free to ask for advice.

Gosh guys, shouldn't you all know better than to blurt out all that religious stuff that is clearly against the rules?! Look, just respect each other and each others' religious views, and respect that they may differ. Besides that, what do you think the PM system is for? Kicks and giggles? All that arguing isn't helping anyway, and isn't that what you're in this thread for? Seeking advice or giving it? And there's no need to point fingers, Earwen... the fact is, the rules were broken. Just stop, and we can all get back on track...
Anyway....
So I have a question... is this sort of like an advice-giving thread too, not just for depressed people?

Hey guys! 
Ok, well I'm not a member here, but this is one of those threads that I just end up reading now and then, I know that probably doesn't help you guys with problems, but we all lurk sometimes do we not?
Well first off I would like to say, it makes me happy to see people here offering support to others and trying their very best to help those who are depressed and everything, even if they have nothing to offer but their hopes that things will get better. I know myself, helping people can be very difficult especially when the person doesn't really seem to want help or is reluctant to be optimistic. Hats off to you.
However... I find it quite sad that after an event that I think we can safely say, got out of hand, there have been barriers formed between some of you, and people saying they are leaving and won't be coming back. Now that is sad. Especially when a lot of people who have helped others in the past either a) had nothing to do with the argument or b) have apologized.
Now I'm not blaming anyone or anything, but I think more tolerance and respect wouldn't go amiss here. Whether you believe it or not, there are people in this very thread, who are willing to listen to you and help you in any way they can. Sometimes the means they wish to help won't actually help (prayers etc) and they may even offend you... but look at this way, they are trying to help in the only way they can, and I would look upon any offer of help gratefully, even if I myself do not believe it will help. At least someone has listened to my problem and responded.
I really hope you guys can put the last two pages behind you, you all do a good job.

Look, i have stoped, and will ever one stop going on at me....GOSH! some people know how to make people dessed, all oer one bloody damn rule being broken, honestly it's ot like i was being racist or anything! I really don't need this at the moment, i have enought problems. i mean it's not nobody hasn't told me already. And don't you think nothing else could make me feel even more guility then i do now!

In all honesty, no-one here is having a go at you or trying to make you feel guilty. I was merely addressing everyone here, and trying to make you all understand that everyone needs to forgive and forget a little. Lord knows, if we didn't, we probably all wouldn't be on here now.
I am sorry if anything I said, caused you upset and grief, but it was not my intention.

Well I don't know. We did have something of that nature somewhere in Your Life, I remembered. But I think it's faded from the face of A-U History. But since we're lacking good topics to talk about, I have absolutely no idea why we shouldn't. _________________

Ok, can i be a member, cause i have something really weird, i't not me personally, but a friend. ok this friend lives somewhere else, so it's kinda weird but the person is just going back to school from taking a year off and the person dosen't have ne friends except for me...i don't know if the person is just shy enough, that the person done;t talk to ne one. or if it's his lifestyle that people can see from the person's appearence, because the person has a history of depression and cutting their arms ect... i dunno what to say cause i really care about that person
