#3 Rivendell Gown-so lovely!

I love them all but I voted for the red gown

My favorite one is her Dream gown. It is simple yet beutiful. However the red gown is a very close secound. I that one for the exact oppisite reason. It is very complicated and therfore beutiful. They are all very pretty though. They really did a good job with Arwen's wardrobe.

This was hard… all of Arwen's gowns are absolutely stunning!! my favorites however are the Evenstar Gown, the Blue Gown, the Red Gown… but the Coronation Gown is my all-time favorite!!! I love the color!

I've cast my vote for the "choise" gown, because I find it sooo original and yet so very simple... it always seems to me that I just caught Arwen in the middle of her elven day, if I was to wear an Arwen gown this would be the one!

PS: Sadly, in the poll there are only the gowns of the theatrical versions of LotR... What about the cut scenes of extended editions like this one:

Omitting the really low necks I've always been partial to the coronation gown. I think elves dressed more simply, though!

But of course I really like the beautiful gowns...

I love the color of the coronation gown, the texture of the blue gown, but my all time favorite is still, the Rivendell gown
...a little reminiscent of a wedding gown
..long, flowing and sparkling, like dew drops on a web
...elegant, but simple

I didn't say they weren't beautiful, just more simple, like elegant, but not extravagant, you know? Tolkien said Arwen did not wear any ornaments (or something like that) but she still wore beautiful things, like the jeweled cap on her head in the first book.

I'm totally in love with Arwen's dresses! They're so beautiful. I voted her coronation gown but the Rivendell gown and the red gown are amazing too. I'd love to have her coronation gown or the Rivendell gown as my wedding dress. And no, I'm not getting married. I just know already that I want to wear one of them at my wedding. Or well, a similar one at least.

I change my mind...I like the blue one best. When I first saw it in rotk, I didn't notice how pretty it was because it was like she had almost nothing on. But if the neck line wasn't so wide...voila! Beautiful Arwen gown. ;P
