"When? The men are at a breaking point with this tension!" She was still struggling to keep Breda under control and keep a facade of calm and confidence.

Deawen sat thinking scanning Her Phantoms and then the storm.
" I can't do anything with a wall in front of me!" she thought
" just wait " Deawen said atlast... " when the storm creates an opening in their wall we ride through... we make a quick attack but do not tarry otherwise you might get swamped.."

*As the shield wall was about to be hit, it bristled with spears shoved through gaps by the Storm in the row behind. The shield wall held, through the press of bodies from both sides. The Storm continued to fire arrows over the heads of the orcs in the front lines, and slowly, the orcs began to recognize the kill zone. Yet Sen smiled. Exactly what he was waiting for.*
Drop the wall! Deawen, when you are ready!
*The shield wall dropped, crushing the front row of orcs, and the next row was shattered with a near point blank volley of arrows. The Storm moved aside, and there was nothing but open space between the cavalry and the shaken orcs...*

Deawen smiled and put her helm back on just before Sen called for her " now Morwen!" Deawen shouted in her head spurring Bredol on towards the gap she was followed closely by a thundering hooves and shouts of her riders as they flew past the storm. the orcs too panich stricken and thier ranks too thin were able to do nothing as the horses ran into them, plowing them down like grass. Deawen's sword flashed like flame as she slashed and hacked her way. Bredol did his part by biting and kicking his way through.

Deawen smiled and put her helm back on just before Sen called for her " now Morwen!" Deawen shouted in her head, spurring Bredol on towards the gap she was followed closely by a thundering hooves and shouts of her riders as they flew past the storm.a momentary pause in the thunder, a small leap over the corpses. swords drawn in a flash spears aimed ready to die.. Deawen took the lead she waved her sword in one direction a third of the riders split with Drad, vering right, a second wave a second part split from the main with Morwen going left leaving only Deawen and her third they charged forward (should look like this \|/ ) the orcs too panick stricken and thier ranks too thin to raise many spears as the horses ran into them, plowing them down like grass. Deawen's sword flashed like flame as she slashed and hacked her way. Bredol did his part by biting and kicking his way through. " this will be a glorious day" Deawen thought to herself as she lopped an orcs head off. but unlike fighting men orcs didn't surrender not show fear the way humans did they fought with more energy and hate. "morwen tighten the end there don't go past the rocks it may be a trap" (anything Italics is mind speech) Liam fought on foot next to Deawen perfectly aware that Bredol might take him out with a flying hoof. Liam Suddenly stopped and drew closer to Deawen he grabbed her arm, Deawen thinking it was an orc raised her sword to strike seeing it was him stayed the sweep Liam pointed since voices were useless Deawen looked to where he pointed it was just a sea of Black. it was overwhelming a sea of black waiting to destroy them in a whim. "Drad! The tide is too High!" her voice was shrill Drad nodded and blew on a horn. "
Morwen fall back " the Phantoms began to fight thierway backwards.

Morwen let Breda loose as she heard Deawen's command. "Forth Eor- em, saltyþ!!!" She drew her sword and charged, giving Breda the freedom to move as he liked. She brought her blue blade down onto the iron helmets of the enemy, streaking the blade with black rivulettes. All the frustrations of her life over the past few months, all the stress and humiliation and resent sprang forth as she hacked at the bodies of the enemy. She did not hear Deawen's command. She had forgetten her task: she was to lead and to follow simultaneously. (Ha! Junior Sentence Pattern #3!!!) She did not notice how the other troops around her had pulled back when the trumpets sounded or how her path back to the line was completely cut off by a rapidly widening river of black. The magnitude of her situation washed over her, and she began to panic. There were too many, and any effort to escape was futile. Before she could think of a plan, a largish orc grabbed Breda's halter and another pulled her out of the saddle. It hit Morwen on the head, knocking her out just enough to subdue her and leaving her with a nasty head wound. The orcs cleared around her captors, allowing them to drag the sacklike form of Morwen and her spooked steed to the side of the battle. Where she had fallen, a path was strewn with the corpses of dead orcs, with the odd head and limb thrown. Morwen saw this from behind fuzzy, half-closed eyes. Well, at least I went out with a bang. She closed her eyes and surrendered to the soft darkness.

Deawen saw all this from the gap in the wall. first she felt it ,the connection between them suddenly halt she could no longer hear Morwen's thoughts, her own thoughts screamed and battered against the barriers in her mind she was about to open her mind to cast a wider net but she suddenly withdrew severing the line "no, he wants you to do that...make it easier for him" she thought as the wall was brought up again panick and Hatred welled up she stared at the wall creduously
" No! Stop take it back down!" she cried her voice no longer commanding but shrill her orders went on deaf ears, reason told her they are wise not to listen to you.. but panick still has it holds...fire licked her fingers, Bredol tossed his head afraid of the fire in her hands. Deawen raised her hand to the wall " I have to get her back!" she thought she was just about to let go when she was knocked off her horse Liam held her by the arms " No Dragoness she will be fine, " he seemed much younger than she expected but he was very strong, she didn't fight or struggle grief settled over panick. all her childhood memories flooded back to her...all the games the tricks and the fun they had... all her memories came to her Morwen had been there almost the whole time her best friend.
Liam Helped Deawen back to her feet and led her over to a sideline. Deawen felt ashamed, she was losing it.. but she wasn't entierly sure if it was just her.

(No, I don't want to be rescued, and no, I don't really have a master plan. Deawen and I haven't discussed beyond the actual capture. I will have to think on it...)

Morwen awoke in a dark place. She could feel the sand beneath her and her hands tied behind her. She was on her knees, hands tied to a pole and her face resting in the dirt. There was an orange light coming from a corner. In the opposite corner, there was a soft laugh. "Haha! Captain Morwen of the Westfold, in all her glory." Morwen raised herself to a kneeling position, her ribs on fire. Her armour was in a heap in the third corner. What really annoyed her was to see her elven crafted sword stuck into an orc's head with her helmet resting crooked on the hilt. He vision returned fully as she looked to the figure in the shadows. "Frela?" Another evil giggle. Morwen shook her head. "No, no. You're dead. I killed you. I killed you." She spoke it all calmly, as it was fact. "Yes I did. But I am here." Morwen frowned and sat back on her heels: "You are not here. You are in the Void. No one escapes the Void." Frela smiled and walked over to Morwen, pulling out the sword. "I assure you," she said, swinging the pommel into Morwen's broken ribs, "I am most real."

Deawen sat calmly her helm resting on her lap. The phantoms still in the saddle waited for the second wave this time Deawen was going to sit out at the recomendations of Drad and Eston Fearing she may do something drastic.

Morwen tasted bile as she fell to the ground. She bit her lip to keep from crying out. She simply lay for a moment, gathering strength. She breathed through clenched teeth, "What do you want with me?" Frela, who sat back in the dark corner smiled eerily. "Because, Lady Morwen, there are two people who, when captured, would hit Deawen in the heart: Lord Sen and you. Lord Sen was not chosen. He is simply too powerful, dangerous, hard to control, whatever you wish. You, on the other hand, are a mere human, and a captain in the most primitave army in Middle Earth. An obvious choice. Because, you are weak."

at this moment the tent flapp was raised a tall man with golden hair and green eyes walked in he carried a helm bearing the Dragon tears emblem....Argo.
He looked at Morwen than to Frela a smile played at his lips. " I see you have been busy.." he commented lightly " I am slightly dissipointed in Deawen's display I was assured she would have followed Morwen to our trap but it seems she is quicker than you thought" he accused " I had hoped to have her chained at my feet begging for mercy...why has this not happened?" he asked like a child that is on the edge of a tantrum.
(Iam going to play frela for just a second)
Frela tensed " Deawen has advisors that is loyal to her not only that Lord Sen would drag her back to saftey if it even looked like a threat " she answered dryly Argo seemed to pout slightly " don't be too hasty Deawen still has a chance to act rash and foolish but first we need to know her secrets and who else would know those better than her best Friend?"Frela said glancing at Morwen.
