I have Love actually on DVD and it's really not that bad. In Finland the movie isn't even forbidden from anyone. There are few scenes where you can see some skin but nothing really bad. I recommend it to everyone who's a true romantic.

Mm, yes, implications are quite another matter. Although, sometimes, I'd rather things were not implied at all.
Does anyone know where I might find some Alan Rickman interviews where he speaks about his portrayel of Snape? As we move into the filming of HBP, and as AR takes a more central role, I'd really like to hear what he has in mind for the portrayel of our favourite potions master.

*squee* I KNEW it!! I just discovered that Alan Rickman was the voice of Marvin in The Hitchhiker's Guide. (Apologies to those of you who already knew that.) I thought it was his voice...aww. I love Marvin.
(Sorry for being slightly off-topic. Just glad that I found that out! )

Hmm, yeah, I've been looking around as well, but the only interviews I've found have been from several years ago. I want to find some new ones...

[violet=color] It seems to me they keep HP things on the down low-ish during filming in between films to build suspence.... (I sound like such a smarty-pants... forgive me... i'm not having a good evening.... >.< *Huggles Snape Plushie*) [/color]

Aye, of course he did. I believe he was allowed a fair share of information concerning Snape's character prior to DH. Actually, that's what he said in an interview after PoA. He didn't know everything, but he knew just enough so that he could work off of it. Actually, isn't he one of the few of the adult HP cast that has read the books?
I'm positive Gary Oldman and Michael Gambon haven't...

*continues with off-topicness in the hope that it will spawn and on-topic discussion*
Don't get me wrong, I thought Gary Oldman was perfect but I definitely prefer Richard Harris to MG. There's just something about the way Gambon portrays Dumbledore that I just don't like.
Anyhoo, er... does anyone have any interesting AR trivia they'd like to share? Any interesting interviews? [They don't have to pertain to HP!]

Welll... after a good bit of sneaking around this afternoon for anything to fuel this thread, I finally came across an official "Sweeney Todd" trailer. Prior I was only able to find short versions on YouTube. I have to say that I definitely believe that Johnny Depp will be up for an Oscar. He and Helena Bonham Carter look superb together.
Of course, our ever-amazing Alan Rickman, as the evil!Judge Turpin will be just as brilliant. He did not have any lines in the trailer, but I think that adds to the ambiguity and mystery of his character.
*ish very excited*
