Jupiter strode down below deck to get her rations of dinner. She let out a small sigh and sat down in the corner to eat. Her mind drifted to her past life.

So, Drake was really the only one to enter the tavern, and he was glad for the warmth, and he shook his shaggy hair, spraying it all over an drunken sailor who had fallen asleep on the table he had been sitting in. Drake looked around, trying to spot Jack.

Emily put an arm around her sister. " i hope this bread will last..who knows when they will feed us..." she said.
just then Emily heard someone coming. she got up and stood at the bars.

Hawk walked down the stairs and stopped. Aparently they head heard him comming, he slowly stepped from the shadows. The oldest Turner girl stood at the bars tenced as if ready to fight. He stayed where he was as if waiting for an invitation to approach.

Emily stood there stairing at him for a moment. she sighed and changed her expression of hate into dispair. she felt like she could show her emotions around him. this made her feel comfortable and uneasy at the same time.
" sir.... please...." a tear sliped down her cheek. " why are we here?" she rested her head on the bars

Hawk slowly walked over to the cell. Without thinking he slid his hand through the bars and tenderly brush the tear from her ckeek. "Please ..." He said sofly looking dwon at her. A deep compassion fill his blue eyes.

Emily jerked back at the touch of his rough hand. she looked scared.
she saw the compassion and was confused. <i> he's a pirate..why is he showing so much compassion...he could get flogged for this...</i> she thought.

Hawk pulled his hand away, and then handed her the rest of his dinner rashen. He stayed silent for a moment watching her. "Vincent..." He waited for her responce.

Emily nodded. she was so confused. why was this pirate helping her and her family. she decided not to question him. she didnt want him to get in trouble.
Emily heard some footsteps on the deck . she looked up then looked at Vincent. " thank you vincent..please go..i dont want to get you in trouble." she whispered.

Elizabeth turned back to look at Will and Calliope as they came out again. She tried to push out the looks of pain and worry that she knew were becoming more and more evident, “no, Will. We need to leave now. There‘s not going to be that big of a difference if we leave later or now. We‘ve been through worse than this.” She gave her husband a ‘remember the maelstrom’ look. “get Jack and we can leave.” she was in no mood to be talked out of leaving at that very moment. After all her childeren were in danger.

After making her way back to the deck with her friend, Lotty was almost drenched to the skin. The sky had quickly changed for the worse and the poor ship was tossing and turning. She nodded. Going below sounded at least a little better than being up here on the deck.

Hawk looked up at the sound of footsteps on the deck, then back at the girl. He nodded and turned disappearing back into the shadows and up the stares to the deck, nearly running into Lotty on his way up. He walked to the bow of the ship and stood his hands firmly gripping the railing. The rain pelted him from all sides, yet he ignored it.

Calliope looked at Elizabeth as if she were downright insane. The weather was not on their side tonight and neither were their numbers. Five to sail a ship such as the Adventure aimlessly while tracking a ship they had no idea where it was going? But still, the brunette had some sympathy for this woman - her children were defenseless in the hands of a ruthless scoundrel. It had to hurt something fierce and Calliope decided that she didn’t want to be around when Elizabeth confronted Captain Grey.

Claudia was the first of the pair to set foot below deck. She rung out her sopping wet clothes and made her way to the rum cellar. She’d been down here many times with the Captain’s consent so he probably wouldn’t mind if a bottle of rum had been temporarily ‘borrowed’ by the two girls. “Lotty,” she began, sitting down at a small table in the corner of the room, “have ye ever wondered what it would be like to just get away from the crew an’ go off on yer own for once?” At this, Claudia’s expression became faraway as she thought about all of the marvelous adventures that were being hindered because of this ship, this crew and the Captain.

Mary shrugged, then heard someone coming down the stairs. It was Hawk. She watched the exchange between her sister and the pirate. Once he lets she walked over and put her arm around her Emily, a questioning look on her face.

Jupiter finished her dinner, and headed back upstairs. Unlike most people, she loved rain. A hidden secret. Probably, the prisoners thought she was a demon, but on the inside she did have a heart. For her fellow crew members and the ship and for fighting. Once she was above deck, she walked over to the starboard side of the ship, and just stood there, letting the rain hit her. Soon, her hair was sopping wet. She sat down on a bench, and took out a bronze piece of treasure from her pocket. She examined it and flipped it up into the air, catching it in the palm of her hand.
