Abagail stopped for a moment and bit her lip. This Caitlin girl had been no help, so, out of pure intelligence, Abagail scanned the rest of the crowd to seek out one that should be.

Walking over to Gandalf, Abagail politely interrupted the conversation, "Excuse me mister... wizard-man, but do you have any idea when we may be heading off to do this sort of quest-like thing?"

Gandalf stood shocked at how he was address for a moment, as did Aragorn and everyone else around Gandalf. Lightening up, Gandalf simply smiled at Abagail's ignorance and comforted her, "it should be very soon. Right when Lord Elrond arrives back I have been told."

Aleks smiled "oh. ok. I'm very excited too...but I know no one, so it's a bit...well, weird..." she raised the face, hearing the voice of one of the women who sat with them a while before. she was talking to Gandalf, asking him when they are going to leave. it should be very soon. Right when Lord Elrond arrives back I have been told." he answered. "oh, here" Aleks said to Scott "now we know..."

Louy stayed standing quietly, eventualy with her eyes closed and was dozing off when everyone seemed to start talking to everyone else. Scott was talking to an older woman who introduced herself as Aleks. Louisa walked over, and sat down beside Scott.
"I'm Louisa, but call me Louy," she said, introducing herself to Aleks, "I hope Elrond comes soon. I'm excited about getting going." Louy fingered the elvish bow she had been given along with arrows. Other than a small hunting knife on a belt, she had no other weapons on her. Her long orange-gold hair had been braided back into a french braid with vines by one of the elf maidens.

Aragorn frowned when Abagail wrongly called Gandalf some insulting name.
"His name is Gandalf the Grey," he corrected her, and looked up to the archway where Elrond came up with Arwen by his side. She and Aragorn locked eyes for a moment, when Elrond spoke.
(and I shall let Smeag do the honors, unless she'd prefur someone else to...)

"I'm Louisa, but call me Louy," said a woman, introducing herself to Aleks "I hope Elrond comes soon. I'm excited about getting going." "I'm really excited too" Aleks said smiling to her " I still can't believe it, but I'm excited. nice to meet you by the way, Louy."

"Yeah, Scott is a friend I had on Earth, and now hes here in Middle-Earth. He's the only one I know not from this planet. Well, up until now." She stood as she saw Elrond walk up to them...

"ahaha, that's nice" Aleks said to Louy and Scott, smiling. "it's nice you knew each other before coming here..." she scrolled her shoulders "oh..I think Elrond is arriving..I can't wait for leaving.."she addded with a smile, starting to feel really excited about that adventure.

Caitlin walked over to where the group of three had gathered as she saw Lord Elrond approach, wanting to hear the Elf lord's final instruction-though she had a pretty good idea what would soon follow them. Smiling lightly at the three, she nodded slightly in greeting. "Hi, I'm Caitlin." she said quietly. "Looks as if we are all going to get to know each other better after this." she added with a slight smirk.

(I don't feel like actually typing out the speech of Elrond's so I will work around it.)

It was very lucky for Aragorn, and Abagail for that matter, when Lord Elrond spoke. You see, Abagail was slightly irritated with this "King of Gondor" correcting her, so she was about ready to denounce him for his comment and then place her own special nickname on him also, and, according to Abagail's mood at that moment, the name would definetly not be an pleasant as "wizard man"

For the speech itself, Abagail only hear the essentials: "destroy the ring, you are not obligated (unless you are Frodo) to keep going". Therefore, in Abagail's mind, she was going to be back in the real world by morning.

(I am going to let you all respond to Elrond and than I will move the group onward.)

"you're right" Aleks said smiling "I'm Aleks, nice to meet you, Caitlin" she added. Aleks turned where Elrond was now talking to the members of the fellowship and them. he made a quite long speech. the most important thing was to destroy the ring of course. he also said that only Frodo was bound to this task. only he had to keep going. Aleks gave a look to the young hobbit. she was now starting to remember the story, and whould have liked to ask many questions to the members of the fellowship. "I can't wait to leave now..." she said, smiling to the others.

Abagail's mouth opened, about ready to utter something. Luckily, Aragorn caught hold of this, lifted his sword slightly, threatening softly, "You speak. You die."

With this, Elrond concluded, "May the blessings of Elves and Men and all Free Folk go with you," indicating that the journey has thus begun.

Caitlin smiled at Aleks and Scott before turning her attention to Lord Elrond.

"No one else is bound to this task, without the exception of Frodo, who is the Ringbearer."

Caitlin lowered her eyes at his lines, vowing inwardly to see the quest through to the end. She had been trained in the ways of the martial artist and knew it would be nothing short of dishonor to abandon others in their time of need.

"Let the Ringbearer go first..." she then heard Gandalf say and waited patiently for their time to depart.

Lea bowed to Elrond and said nothing, but thought to herself that she would never turn away from the quest no matter how difficult it became. Her people would be ashamed if they knew that she walked away from people who needed her help just because she felt it became too difficult for her, and so would she.
She turned to the others and watched as Frodo came to the front, waiting for him to lead them.
