Hmm..well some of it I think depends on wether or not Nathan lives or dies. If he dies, then I think Peter will be hellbent on discovering the killer.

Sylar looks to have regained his powers thanks to the injection of Claires blood. Depending on the strike and the filming of the new Star Trek movie he could play a huge role or a small one.

Claire could be instrumental if her father dies, it'll make her even more determined to expose the specials and the Company.

Monica will take on guardianship of Micah.

Mohinder will continue his research and his role as Molly's gaurdian with Matt.

That's all I can think of at the moment. What do you think?

Sylar won't be after Claire anymore because he's already got her blood in him. So, he may be after some new and more powerfull targets, maybe he'll try to kill Peter since Peter is the only one who can kill him now...

And I hope Sylar gets a lot of screen time this upcoming season now that he has his powers back. He is my very favorite character, and I was just as frustrated at he was that his powers were gone. However, who would he go after now? Hiro or Peter, most likely.

Oh, and I really do hope that Niki is alive, I was so angry when DL died, and losing Niki too... that's just bad juju.

Yeah, they've already killed off Isaac. As I see it, at the first episode, there were originally 9 heroes(not necessarally with powers) or something like that.

And now, they've got all of these other characters that are all intertwined with each other somehow. I guess Sylar would be more one of the originals, but they didn't actually show his face and who he was until late Season 1. He was what I call "A rumor in the wind" or "A ghost character" but now, he's more of a round, solid character. I think they've developed him nicely.

I like that they kill of characters. It makes it more realistic and gives the show an edge. Also makes it very comic book like, though I doubt in a tv show they'd do the old comic book trick of bringing characters back from the dead.

Well, even if she gets stabbed she'll be okay. I'm sure they won't kill her.

After all, Peter blew up and he's okay.

but, remember "The only way to kill Adam is with a bullet or sword to the head. That is the only way he can die" And Adam and Claire have the same power. So, being shot in the head will kill them, maybe because it will kill a special nerve in their brain that triggers the healing? I don't know... But remember, in the beginning of the first Season, and in the middle of the second, both Claire and Peter got something stuck in the back of the head, and both were dead. It wasn't until that thing was removed that they came back. So if shot in the head, it can't come out, they die forever...
