PD blushed as she held the flowers and looked around the room, "thank you, Gil! Thank you, Tur!" she turned to Beckett after a few minutes, however, and gave him the flowers, "here. Be a dear and hold these for me, Becky." she smiled at him and gave him a quick kiss before turning to the rest. "did I hear someone say "food fight"?"

[wow, how do I manage to miss all the celebrations  ]
Elenriel and Legolas entered the reception and dropped off their gifts for the newly weds. They were about to congratulate Edmund and Gilthoniel when a food fight between the two started.
"Here we go again..." Elenriel muttered in slight amusement, hoping that this time she might manage to stay out of the cross-fire as Legolas just smirked.
(If you were referring to me, Rain, Hobo and I never had a wedding. I think it was at Mil's and Hobo's wedding when that happened, but when I looked it up, Mil's posts were now listed as "guest".
Although I must say that I do remember Legolas and myself getting hit with a piece of cake...) _________________

PD waved at Elenriel and tried to duck and dodge food as she ran over to greet Elen and Legolas. "it's better late than never. Good to see both of you!" she grinned. Lord Beckett, meanwhile, had dissapeared from the room. He didn't exactly want to get involved in another food fight.

Elenriel smiled as PD came up to her and Legolas. "Hi!" she greeted warmly. "Yeah, sorry about the late appearance," she said a bit sheepishly as she managed to dodge some food. Elenriel grinned as she saw Lord Beckett disappear from the room. "Looks as if he is the wise one," she said with a sly smile as she gave a wink to her husband knowing that he knew exactly what she was remembering.

Elenriel nearly laughed as she dodged a piece of cake. "Hi, Rain!" she called back. "Sorry we were late." After a few more moments of ducking she looked around again. "Well, I certainly don't blame him," she said as she saw that Legolas was leaving as well.

PD picked up a hunk of cake and laughed as she threw it randomly. "Well, maybe all of them can chat in the other room while we have some fun." she ducked as an unidentifiable chunk of food came flying at her, "I'll never understand why they don't like to be involved with this kind of stuff." she giggled and shrugged.
