John gave a mock smile. "Well then..." He said softly to himself. Carter had finally stepped in. He looked at Jack and the doctor, then put his gun away. The two men were un-armed, and probably did not mean on hurting them.

Sam smilled gratefully at John. She then turned back to the two men.
"You're welcome to stay here, but obviously there are security protocals that must be obeyed."

Sam looked annoyed for a minute at Jack's bluntness, then continued.
"You are to be accompanied by two officers where ever you go, and they shall remain outside your quarters. And you shall not travel off-world through the Stargate unless accompanied by Col. Sheppard and his team. Ok?"

He breifly considered asking who 'The Wraith' was, but decided not to. Sam did seem to be getting a tad annoyed.

John store at the two men, a smirk on his face. It was not good to anger them, and if they broke the rules he would be one to hunt them down personally just to kill them. Perhaps he was not needed, yet he would do his duty and ask Carter. “If you would like Sam, I could accompany them. Personally, I have nothing better to do, and I would very much like to talk to them. Perhaps they enjoy Collage football…” He said trailing off.

Jack looked at The Doctor, indicating that he wasn't going to make any of the decisions until his friend approved. Turning back to Sam, he winked again. Doctor was probably going to tell him to knock it off and stop flirting, so he straightened his face and studied the walls.
