"To cancel her out," Kira pointed indirectly at Lannie, "I think I will go." She quickly hopped up to her feet and grabbed the handle of her suitcase to then drag it to the back of the taxi and toss it in the trunk.

Riley sighed and watched as Kira hopped into the taxi. He waited a few more minutes, shifting his laptop case to the other shoulder, before saying, "I guess I can stay here too."

Emily sighed deeply and shrugged. "I'll stay here as well, if you need more people." She said softly and adjusted the strap on her shoulder that was causing her a bit of pain. She had made her bag a slight bit too heavy. She looked over to Ben and then glanced at Riley a bit.

Kira stared back at Riley... "You guess?" she questioned while raising an eyebrow. Then, smirking, Kira slowly strolled up to Riley and whisphered in his ear, "You have two girls here that are head over heels about you. Yeah, must be real hard to stay."

Riley grinned and looked down at the ground, not responding to Kira. He hadn't actually quite noticed the two girls who were so into him, although now that he knew it, he could sense something. Finally, some people who weren't just into the team because of Ben and his great explorations. They actually liked him too, and could it be that it wasn't just like a friend likes another friend? He looked back up and glanced over at Lannie and Emily before looking at the taxi again. He could play this cool.

Emily cleared her throat quite a bit, when she overheard what Kira had whispered to Riley. She felt her face become slightly hot, due to embarrassment. She looked away from Kira and Riley, not wanting them to see anything. She couldn't believe that she was that easy to figure out.

"We're going to Terri's house. Terri is my cousin, and she's invited us to stay at her place while we're in Texas. Some of us are taking a cab to the car rental place so I can get a car. Then I'm coming back to pick up those that can't fit in the taxi," he explained to Abagail. "So, are you going to stay here, or come with me to the car rental place?"
