I can spend anywhere from 15 minutes to two hours on a graphic.  It depends on my mood, how long it takes me to find the tone of the graphic, what size the graphic is, how many brushes or textures I use, etc...
My entry is done, and it will be posted later. I'm at school right now, so I can't get it up... but I'll upload it and post it within a few hours, I promise.

I can spend between 5 minutes and 6 hours on a graphic.  It largely depends on size and detail; I can knock out a sig set in under five minutes sometimes, and other times it'll take me a good half hour. The six hours was only once, and that was a video game cover with an insane amount of detail, but it's still not unusual for me to spend at least an hour on something like a wallpaper. My OCD tends to take over, especially when there's brushwork involved.
This one is a 45-minute blend, however.

I've spent probably over 10 hours on a graphic once, but that was an intense job... working on the cover for my friend's self-published book. Normally it takes me much less time than that.
This blend took me about 45 minutes, but it's not near as good as potr's.
