Jones immediately was surprised, and took a thoughtful puff on his
pipe. Manhattan was that god forsaken place across the Ocean, he
obviously wasn't in a normal place.
Finally, just to confirm where he was, "How might I reach Manhattan?"

Considering it, Jones thought revealing his identity wasn't a problem, everyone would just think the poor woman was crazy. He said, "Ah, thank you, I'll be asking for directions in...but, I've forgotten my manners, Davy Jones, m'am." He took a bow.
Ooc. I know it seems really odd for him, but he's just posing and trying to get to where he can actually do something besides get captured by locals after killing maybe one person.

Gwen, eyes sparkling and wide, only grinned and nodded fervently in response to Teagan. She didn’t even know if she would be able to talk but finally she managed to get out, “No, I can’t!” she began bouncing up and down and squealing like a person who should be at a insane asylum. The world came to a stop, nothing else mattered and Lord Beckett better watch out because the second she saw him, she would scream and then probably die. There were no big plans in her future. She wouldn’t last that long after seeing him.

Before he knew it, Lord Beckett landed hard on the ground. He groaned and tried to sit up, but for some reason he couldn’t move. He wondered if something was broken. He felt several people trying to help him up, it must be the soldiers who had gone through before Keyara. That meant she was nearby. But he couldn’t think of that right now, there was a searing pain in his side. He heard someone say something, but then everything went black.

“I wouldn’t be crushing you if you would get off me! Ugh!” Cole was beginning to get exasperated with Edward. Why couldn’t the other one just move?! He tried to worm his way out, but he seemed to be stuck, “don’t push me! Can’t you see I’m stuck?” he frowned at Edward and pushed as hard as he could. “We aren’t getting anywhere like this.” he sighed and glanced back, the mad girls were almost on top of them. “Ed, MOVE!”

Something caught the corner of Emma’s eye as she waited. She looked down where she had come from and saw Barbossa, Vari and Lotty coming up the slight inclination after her. She sighed with relief and quickly trotted back down to join them. It was better to all be together at any rate. At first she hadn't thought going out in this strange world on her own would be so hard. But she had been mistaken.
Barbossa with Vari and Jack the Monkey, Charlotte and Emma pushed ahead toward the girls by the bench. Barbossa looked down at Vari, it was about time the woman began coming around, especially if he would need his pistol to fend of the people ahead.
Charlotte fell a little behind Barbossa with Emma. Something about him going on in front made her feel better, safer. She kept her hand on her pistol just in case and she looked warily about. She had learned that even in the most peaceful places there could be dangers. In fact, they had just escaped from one place where no one ever thought Beckett or the Navy would come, Tortuga.
Emma glanced over at Lotty before looking back at their target.
“Who are ye?” Barbossa stopped and called when they were finally within hearing distance.
Lotty studied the girls carefully, two of them seemed to be insane.
“Look.” Emma whispered to Charlotte, “Jack, Alex, Mary Ann and Carmon have found their way here too.”
Barbossa overheard them, sure enough there was Jack. He sighed and rolled his eyes before walking ahead.

Relief spread over Carmon. She ignored the foolish dance the two girls by her were doing. “Look, Barbossa, Vari, Lotty and Emma are here too.” she smiled at Jack and the others. “and we’re all safe.”
