Hmm. I wonder what it is then...
Close to a lake. Does it have something to do with water then? Hmmm.... round... deep... water.... un-pull-able.
Earth has already been crossed out.... hmm... a water balloon? No, that's pullable... A very very very dense water ballon? So dense it's un-pullable?

Here's one. Even I knew this one, though I've seen it before. Pretty easy 
A woman shoots her husband.
Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes.
Finally, she hangs him.
But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together.
How can this be?

then she dunked it in liquid/water to develope it,
Then hung up the picture.
Thats the only thing I can think of.

At first I thought it's a secret, but that doesn't fit the clues... and then I randomly thought it might be a cold, "whoever takes it knows it not" but even that doesnt make sense.

I don't think it's a coffin, though it does sound similar to that riddle. I guessed a cold even before I read Culurien's post, so I'm going to go with that.
