"I trust you, and I agree with Corban. Where are we going?" Trish asked quietly. Before Ash had come along, Trish had been in what you could call a 'shell' to keep everyone out, and not let anyone close. Ash had cracked that shell, but now with two new people, it was growing back.
But Ash said he wouldn't let anything happen to me. I have to trust him, she thought, looking at his eyes to see if she could find truth in them...

Ash looked at Corban and then at Trish, hs headache fading a little bit. Once I meet this mad-woman that keeps causing me pain, I'll kill her. He thought as he said, "To a house, in the middle of the forest, the dead center, utop a hill. Don't ask me how I know this, for I don't know the honest answer. It's just a feeling..." Ash then turned around and started walking towards the forest, hoping the others would follow.

"So," Janet whispered to Corban as she came up behind him, "what exactly is going on?" No one had given her an explanation, and Corban looked nervous. She wasn't sure if the lack of information or the way Corban was acting made her more concerned.

Corban, not taking his eyes of the retreating form of his friend, shrugged. "I'm not exactly sure. We're going... Somewhere. I'm not exactly sure where or why." He looked over at Janet. "But I trust him." With that, he picked up his feet to follow Ash.

Trish waited for a second, then followed the others. She sped up so that she was walking beside Ash. Without a word she snaked her hands around his arm. She had never felt so safe with anyone before.
"How far is this place?" Trish asked him...

Corban trusted Ash, so Janet guessed she could as well. As she walked Janet racked her brain trying to think of where they could be going. Yet, the combining facts that she was geographically impaired and that the only time Janet went into these woods was to go to school(which was the opposite way), she ended up having no idea where she was or where she was going. Janet inched closer to Corban. To be honest, the idea of being lost in the woods by herself scared her. That fear did put a bit of a damper on the whole "trust" thing.

Ash didn't say anything, for the beginning. He didn't know how, didn't know why, but he knew he was going the right way. He had never been nor seen the house before in his life, but he knew it was close. He knew he would get them there.
What he didn't know, is what would happen when they got there.[/color]

A worried look came across Corban's features when his friend didn't answer. Ash wasn't one to beat around the bush. He got to the point very quickly and promptly. Usually. But this was definitely not usual. He seemed edgy, wary, and nervous. Corban glanced over at Janet, who was beside him, his eyes conveying the worry he now felt.

Janet tried to reassure Corban with a smile and a quick squeeze on his shoulder. She wanted to tell him that everything would be alright, but she knew even less about what was going on then he did. Janet looked from Corban's eyes back to the road ahead of her. She rapped her arms around her. Maybe she was the one that needed to be told that everything would be alright.

Corban worried for a few more minutes until his mind senses, which were always on light alert, let him know of Janet's uncertainty. Ash sped on up the hill, back straight and turned towards them, walking quickly and deliberately. Corban glanced over at Janet and, banishing his own fears and worries, bravely took a step towards her and put an arm around her shoulder. "It'll be fine." He said quietly, and then a small amount louder, "Are you alright?"
