That's a hard choice. I really like Bilbo. Thanks to him the whole adventure LotR began and he has a great personality as well. And Frodo is one of my favourite LotR characters because he proves that "even the smallest person can change the course of the future".
Really hard choice but I guess I'll say Frodo
