Yeah, she is. She's completely awesome.
That's partially why I'm curious to it. Because of her such close ties to Joker.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!
I ish SOOOOO damn excited for this movie!
And all this talk of Harvey is making me even more insanely impatient for July 18th.
FWEEEEEEEEEEE!!
Okay, I need to calm down just a wee bit.
JF, I agree completely about the casting. Had they not had that little hiccup with casting Katie, it WAS the PERFECT cast. *sigh* Oh well. Nothing's perfect.

Yeah, no problem, Phoenix.
If Harlequin has an appearance in The Dark Knight, I imagine that it will be a very fleeting one, with her being distinctly recognisable only to fans. I can't imagine that they would wan't to divide the tension any more than that.

I'm pretty sure it's a very small cameo appearance in Arkham as Dr Quinzell. That's even if that rumour was true. It could very well be a lot of hogwash.

Yeah. But, hey. I wouldn't be all that surprised to see her. ^_^

Nah! I do not think Harley would be good as half as the Joker. She is more of obtrusive person though not in a way I want to see. I nonetheless think the same way as you do, Aerandir. She might even show up after the credits for a brief moment.

Oh, of course she wouldn't be as good as the Joker. But she'd still be pretty cool if she had a cameo...

An after credits scene in Arkham with Joker being talked to by a female Doctor and someone calls her Dr Quinzell would be about perfect imo

Wouldn't it be great if they came up with a reason for why she's played by someone else. They did a good job of switching "Oracles" in the Matrix Revolutions, but I suppose it would be harder to explain in Batman.
I didn't like Rachel in Batman Begins period. It might not just be Katie Holmes I don't like, maybe it's just the script. If Gyllenhaal has another speech like "your actions define who you are" she could be just as bad.

No, that speech had to be in there. It was important for the movie. I just wish that Rachel had had other lines to balance out all of her self-righteousness.
I just think that Holmes didn't suit Rachel. Unfortunately, I think the same of Gyllenhaal.

She may end up surprising people though. I've lost count of how many people I thought weren't up to the task of playing a certain character and they've all, for the most part, really pleasantly surprised me.

Yeah, I hope so. <_< They are trying to make Rachel a more important character, after all. If Gyllenhaal can't get her right, then that would totally stink. >_<
But yeah, a bunch of actors do come out of nowhere and surprise me from time to time.

I like Maggie, so I may be a tad biased here. But I think she'll do okay. Only a few weeks till we find out *gets excited*

Really? That speech always bothers me, as well as the part where she explains how corrupted Gotham is after the Depression. I don't really like Holmes, but I can't imagine how someone would deliver those speeches without sounding so cheesy.
