Scarlett opened her eyes, groaning. The suspense in itself was killing her... was this right? Of course it was... apart from the bit where you realised it was only very slightly unethical. <i>But I can't stop this,</i> she thought, trying hard to push away any .iunwanted emotion. <i>or... can I?</i>

Amanda looked around her as she walked with her friend through the exhibition stations. "They are fascinating, aren't they?" she whispered in awe as she looked up at a large, long necked dinosaur. "Yes...fascinating" she said again, shaking her head. After a time, she rubbed her eyes and wiped over her forehead again. She felt hot and cold at the same time and she felt like she could fall over and sleep away any time. Amanda looked at her friend, knowing she was worried and forced a smile. "Don't worry...Kira...don't worry...I...I am alright...really..."

(DarkMelda, I thought maybe Scarlett feels it somehow when Amanda is getting worse)

Kira frowned and went to Amanda. she pulled her friend over to a bench that was for people to use. "Your going to sit and rest for a while." She ordered, but not to harshly. "Want me to get you some water?"

Amanda opened her bag and took out her bottle. "No thank you...I have some with me..." She took a few sips, then closed the bottle again. She wiped over her forehead, which felt hot and sweaty. She trembled. It was so cold, but hot at the same time. She could feel something was wrong, very wrong. Amanda looked at her friend with feverish eyes. "I...maybe I'm not so good...I...I should get back."

Amanda leaned on her friend as the left the museum. She didn't even realize it. She was caught in a feverish dream, in a nightmare. She whimpered slighty as she leaned on her more, trembling with coldness.

Kira frowned, she tightened her hold on her friend. "If you want we could not go home and stop at where ever hotel or motel is closer from the night. That is if you can't make it far."

Amanda didn't even understand what her friend was saying to her. She was so tired, she could just fall over and sleep. "No..." Amanda finally brought out somehow. "I...I will...make it back...I am...alright...please don't worry about me so much Kira. Don't worry about me...I...I will be okay."

Amanda climbed on Kiras' back, still like in a dream. "Kira..." she muttered, not even realizing what was going on around her. "I want to go home now. I want to go home, Kira."

Kira nodded and carried her friend home. It seemed like hours, and probely was, until Kira finally un locked the door to there room and laid Amanda on the bed. "We are home." She told her friends as she lossened her friends clothes and took the jacket off.

Amanda laid still on her bed and blankly stared up at the celing. Her eyes were shining and her face was red. "Home..." she repeated after a while. "Kira...where am I...Kira?"

Amanda weakly looked at Kira and nodded slightly. She wanted to say no, she didn't want Kira to worry about her, but she felt so weak, so tired. She knew she needed Kira now. "Please..." she whispered. "Help me...please..."
