Meh... I run around in a leotard and not much else a few times a week for ballet classes/rehearsals, but these costumes still bothered me. I feel like this season the wardrobe department has gone overboard with the skimpyness. You can still look sexy without half your dress missing. *shrug*

But yeah, besides that it's Nigel whose bothering me the most.

Those (two) costumes are nice dancing costumes, but something about them made them seem almost naked. It's weird.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm getting at. They were gorgeous costumes, and appropriate for the styles of dancing they were doing, but they felt skimpier than anything.

Tonight's Analysis:

Courtney & Josh - Hip Hop and Rumba
*Hip Hop was kinda weird, but entertaining
*Rumba was very good, entertaining

Kherington & Mark - Two Step and Jazz
*Two Step was boring and choppy
*Jazz was also boring, just kinda loose, not cohesive

Twitch & Comfort - Smooth Waltz and Hip Hop
*Smooth waltz was ok, not great
*Hip Hop was good

Katee & Will - Broadway and Pas de Deux
*Broadway was very good and entertaining, I liked it
*Pas de Deux was awesome, I loved it

Chelsie & Gev - Contemporary and Jive
*Contemporary was interesting and entertaining
*Jive was really good and entertaining

The pairings:

Courtney and Josh were a pretty good pairing, 3.5/5, maybe 4/5
Kherington and Mark didn't work together. 2/5
Twitch and Comfort... I like Twitch, I don't like Comfort. 2.5/5
Katee and Will were great together. 4.5/5. Maybe 5/5
Chelsie and Gev were pretty good, 3.5/5

To me, Kherington looks like she's burning out/starting to drag. I still like her, but she's not performing up to standard. I think she'll be gone soon.

Poor Jessica! Having 3 broken/fractured ribs. And they replace her with Comfort. Arghhh! I hope they get rid of Comfort for good tomorrow night.

IMO, the best dancers are Will, Katee, Chelsie, Josh, and Twitch. The first 3 (Will, Katee, and Chelsie) are, imo, shoe-ins for the top 4. As for the fourth spot, it's between Josh and Twitch, and I can't make up my mind.

As for favorite dancers- Katee is my favorite girl, and my fave guy is... Will, Josh or Twitch.

I think Comfort, Kherington and Courtney will be in the bottom 3, and I hope to goodness that Comfort goes home.

I think Mark, Gev and one of the other guys will be in the bottom 3, and I think either Mark or Gev will go home.

Hiya! I finally watched the Wednesday show before the results show came out.

Courtney & Josh: The hip hop really creeped me out. It was really raw and I was definitely not expecting it to be that way. I didn't really like it that much. The rhumba was a huge contrast though. I was really happy with how that turned out. It was sensual, but tasteful.

Kherington & Mark: I was really disappointed in how this coupling turned out. I thought they'd be really cute together, but they just didn't click. I really miss Mark and Chelsea. But yeah, the 2 step sucked pretty bad, and the jazz didn't do so hot either... but I think it may have done better if they'd been given a story.

Twitch & Comfort:
Smooth waltz was awful, but I expected that. Comfort never does well with ballroom. I was literally jumping for joy when I saw they'd received hip hop. How good was that! It was buck, man, it was buck.

Katee & Will:
Verrry cute broadway routine. I actually like this partnership more than I did the Will/Jessica or Katee/Joshua partnership. I was so pumped for the pas de deux only to be severely disappointed. I mean, it was danced beautifully, and I'm positive it will forever be remembered as one of the most amazing dances on the show, however I was expecting classical ballet not this contemporary ballet rubbish.

Chelsie & Gev:
The contemporary was amaaazing! I don't care what the judges said I thought Gev did wonderfully! The jive was über fast and I think they pulled this one off well. The two of them had a really successful night as a couple.

I definitely agree about Kherington. She really looks burned out, which is sad because she's so good. I don't feel bad for Jessica though. After Comfort, I was positive she'd be the next to go.

So yeah, tonight I'm thinking Kherington, Courtney, and Comfort will be in the bottom three with Comfort or Kherington going home. For the guys I think Gev, Mark, and possibly Twitch will be in the bottom three with either Gev or Mark going home. I hope more than anything it isn't Mark... he's my loooover!

*crosses fingers* We'll see what happens tonight.

@ Lar: Well, I was hoping it would be more classical ballet, but I don't think they're trained in ballet enough to really do it well. Hence the contemporary-ness.

Kherington. *beep*? GRRRR! *beep*! I know she was starting to slip, but she's miles ahead of Comfort. They all are. She was good at the hip hop dance she did, because that's her forte. The rest of the dances... not so much. If she's not gone next week I might... do something drastic. I can't stand her, I really can't.

Let me just say that I cannot win this season. First favorite was Thayne. He went home. I went back and watched all the episodes, picked out Gev for my new favorite. Now he went home. Dang it all. Which is dumb, by the way, because he was a B-boy, and he picked up different styles more consistantly than anyway besides Will and Katee.

So forget this. I'm picking Will and calling it a day. If there's any sense in the world, he should win.

I dunno... I think Will lacks a lot of personality to be truthful. I don't see the same personality that say, Katee, shows. *shrug*

Yeah, I was pretty *ahem* ticked off by the fact Kherington went home. I did not see that coming at all. Seriously, Comfort already went home once and I expected her to do the same. Her hip hop number probably saved her. Anyway, hopefully she'll go next week.

I knew Gev was going home. He's cute and not a bad dancer, but out of the two Mark has been more consistent.

Did you all just love Mia Michael's contemporary piece for the girls? It was one of the most beautiful dances I've ever seen on the show. To be honest, I didn't really understand it, but it was still amazing.

Katee & Twitch - Contemporary and Broadway
*Contemporary was very entertaining and energetic. Great job.
*Broadway was very good, very entertaining. I thought the fast part was kinda sloppy/choppy, but overall great.

Mark & Comfort - Hip Hop and Foxtrot
*Hip Hop was good, I liked the concept
*Foxtrot was just so-so

Chelsie & Josh - Argentine Tango and Disco
*Tango was very sexy, I loved it!
*Disco had a few weak spots, but overall very good.

Solos that stood out:
*Will- dancing to James Brown with the wig. Priceless!

I loved the Argentine tango. It's one of my favorite dances that they do. And I think Chelsie & Josh's tonight was the best I've seen since Allison & Ivan in season 2.

*Mark & Comfort's Hip Hop

I think that unless Mark has an unexpected fan base, he's going home. And hopefully Comfort is going home.

Ugh. I taped the show last night and it got really screwed up so I'm not sure if I actually saw all the dances.

Courtney & Will:
The samba was good and entertaining, but it definitely felt awkward at some parts. Somehow, I missed their hip hop routine.

Katee & Twitch:
Was anyone else surprised that they knew each other off the show? It seemed so random! The contemporary was freakin' brilliant. From the moment they kissed I knew it was gonna be good. This was definitely not the best broadway on the show so far, but it was good.

Mark & Comfort: The hip hop was bad***. I hope that saves Mark at least. I didn't think the Foxtrot was as bad as the judges made it out to be, but it certainly wasn't perfect.

Chelsie & Josh:
Did any of you get the feeling that Chelsie didn't like Joshua very much? I dunno if that's true, but she had this vibe that made it seem that way. The disco was boring to me. Chelsie really stole the limelight.

The only thing I can think of is that the producers got rid of him. He's not my favorite, but he is the best of the guys left. He shouldn't have been voted off.

Will was by far the best dancer of any of the people left in the competition. The bottom should have been Mark and either Josh or Twitch, but Will shouldn't have even been in the bottom. I'm rather angry about this, honestly.

What is going on with this season for me? I am so good with picking a favorite. I always pick the runner up, or the third place.
