Amanda started whimpering. She felt how she was losing control over her body. She shook harder, staring up at her friend. "K...Kira" she stuttered. Sweat ran from her whole body again. She felt coldness, but also heat inside of her again and she knew her temperature was rising up. "Kira...?" she whimpered again.

Kira laid Amanda flat on the bed and got up. "I'm calling 911."she said and was about to dial.

Scarlett screamed.
Pain was taking over, she was losing control. Her hands shook, her head spun. SHe was fighting a battle she wouldn't and couldn't win alone. Stumbling across to her dresser she took out three small vials. One green, one blue, and another colourless. She was on her knees, tears rolling down her cheeks silently, grasping onto the edge of the cabinet with white fingers.

Amanda tried to get up and grabbed Kiras' shirt. "No...no...I don't want to go to hospital, Kira. I...I will be alright..." she smiled weakly, but her face was contured with pain. "I...I just have a little temperature...it will go away again...you...you will see...tomorrow everything will be alright again. Don't...don't call an ambulance. I...I don't want it...I...don't want..." she stopped speaking and let go of Kiras' shirt, falling back on the bed. "Kira...no...no..." she whispered weakly before she closed her eyes again.

Kira put the phone down and went back to Amanda, sitting next to Amanda she rewet the cloth and used it on her friends head. "I won't leave you if you don't want me to."

Amanda looked up to her and felt the coldness on her head. She smiled weakly and sighed, her eyes still closed. "Thank you" she whispered. "You will see...tomorrow...I will be fine again...I will be fine..." Suddenly, her voice changed. Again, she seemed like she didn't even know what she was talking about, like she was already halluzinating. Tears ran from her eyes, but she wasn't able to stop them anymore. "I will be fine...Kira...no...please...have mercy...I am so hot...I will die, right Kira...no...I don't want to...I am scared, Kira...I am scared...no...I am so hot...I don't want to die...have mercy on me...please...please..."

Amanda was far away from her friend now. It seemed to her like she was going through the tunnel by herself. "No...please...have mercy...have mercy..." she whispered. Pain rushed through her body like arrows. She didn't want to scream, so she bit her lip tight and whimpered, her eyes closed. "Have mercy...have mercy...please..."

"I... I have mercy. Hold... hold on. Just hold on..."

Scarlett stumbled. She was fading, but managed a few coherent thought, mumbling under her breath to stay consious and reminding herself of what she had to do. She managed to get outside Amanda's dor before collapsing against the wall opposite. on of her vials smashed, leaving a small damp puddle of green liquid and glass my her hand. Her breathing becomes more laboured, and her head lolls on her chest. With one final last attempt of correcting her mistake, the base of her foot hits the door, shaking it violently. She breathes out, a frown creasing her brow, nearly loosing consiousness completely.

Kira looked at the door, glancing at Amanda she went and opened it and looked at the person at on the other side in confusion. "Angel of Mercy, why are you here?"

Kira narrowed her eyes. "You did this and now your feeling Guilty." She looked at her friend who was stll convulsing. Then she looked at Scarlett. "How are you fixing this."

Scarlett didn't reply immediately. Her eyelids fluttered closed then open again, obsuring her vision. She picked up the vial with the blue liquid, and then the vial with the colourless liquid. With shaking hands, she held them out. "Use both. My.. my mistake needs fixing." she murmured. Her eyes shut, and dancing lights filled her mind, pulling her concerntration away. Her lips moved wordlessly, and she slipped into a semi-consious dream state.

"Mix them, they should t-turn green. Let her drink it. when it stops...bubbling..."

Kira mixed the two and sat next to Amanda, who was still shaking. "Hold on Amanda." she said as she waited for the green liquid to stop bubbleing.
