Welcome to First Impressions! This is yet another round of the contest many of you know and [possibly] love, except done RotR-style! For those of you who are new to this contest (and perhaps those who are old timers too), here are the basics.
This contest challenges you to think back to when a movie first came out... to set your mental clock back, and re-experience those first thoughts and impressions. What impressed you? What made you cry? What had you on the edge of your seat? What inspired you? Gather those impressions, and try to capture them in a graphic.
The first three rounds were for The Lord of the Rings. The second three were for the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. The seventh was for Spiderman. Round 8 was for Prince Caspian.
This Round is based off of the documentaries for The Lord of the Rings. If you're still reading, here are the rules!
Rules
- Your entry must use pictures of the LotR actors. If any of you know of a good site for screencaps, post it here, and I'll put it up for everyone's reference. 
- Entry must be a blend, dimensions 700x500
- One entry per participant please!
- Preferably, the entry should have the word "impression" or "impressions" somewhere on it, whether it's part of a full sentence, the word alone, or even just "first impressions..." be creative!
- This rule is optional, but certainly very much preferable: please have fun. It'll make you happy, and it'll make me happy, so what do you have to lose?

It's not terrible.  I'm just glad to see you here.
It would be fun to do an entry myself for this one... save that I don't know if I have the time.

It's terrible, but I never really knew what to do with First Impressions of LOTR, as I truly can't really remember what I thought, so I would just have been making any old LOTR blend. XD
