I'm a huge fan of Elfen Lied. It is graphic, but it's such an engrossing story with it...and yes, the music is beautiful. The OP is stunning.
Last few shows I watched was Vampire Knight.

The only anime I've ever watched is Wolf's Rain, and I love it.
Oh, and I've seen a few episodes of some strange take on Romeo and Juliet. And the first episode of Naruto.

Well I finished Sailor Moon a while ago (*sniff*) and then I watched Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (not really Anime, but I love it).
At the moment I'm re-watching Fruits Basket, while working my way through Mermaid Melody and Princess Tutu
I'm about to watch the Tsubasa OVAs and Bottle Fairy (so cute!)
