good one with the line. Sounds just like Spock.
one of my favorite lines *I don't remember it but maybe you can help* is from an episode where this machine takes over the Enterprise and it's like an artificial intelligence. Bones says something about how it's amazing that they were able to graft a man's intellligence onto the machine, and Spock replies with saying something to the effect of if it had Bones logic it would be something.......gah, I saw the episode twice and I can't remember the stupid line! ....maybe I should go looking for it on imdb.com
*gasp* I found Spock's reply! Spock: It would be interesting to impress your memory engrams on a computer, doctor. The resulting torrential flood of illogic would be most entertaining.

*nine years later....*
I was a kid when this first aired, and we had it on every week because my older sister had a crush on Spock (Leonard Nimoy). Me, I had a crush on Yeoman Janice Rand (Grace Lee Whitney). Yes, it was likely the boots, stockings, and minidress uniforms the women wore, and Uhura (Nichelle Nichols) was a beauty who had her stocking'd leg and thigh in the background of most of the shots of Captain Kirk (William Shatner) in his chair.
What is my favourite episode???? Hmm.. tough one.... I will have to say that 'Mirror Mirror' was my fav, with 'The City On The Edge Of Forever' close behind. I was really into old radios at the time so when Spock built a tricorder with 1930's tech, I thought that was cool. Also, one of my favourite lines is in that one...
(Dr McCoy, drug-crazed after accidentally injecting himself with an overdose of meds and jumping through the time portal...he lands in the street and sees a bum and yells...)
YOU! WHAT PLANET IS THIS!
