If they don't do something with the locket this time around I don't know where they'd find time to mention it in DH. Sure, they've got 2 movies to do so, but it just wouldn't fit. We need to know about the locket before the end of HBP. There are so many aspects of this movie that need to be kept in and I don't know how they're going to do it.

Seeing as what the locket is, they had better put it in... we saw a bit of the gaunt ring, so why not put the locket there as well... sigh... the films have disappointed me in the past... I don't want to be disappointed this time around as well...

Eh... bad news people. Really bad news. The *ahems* at WB have just issued a press release which changes the release date of HBP to 19 July, 2009. Wow. Good job screwing yourselves over WB.

Nooooooooooooooooo I had plans, so many plans to see this movie <---- SEE AVATAR!!!! gah... no my fall is ruined because this film will be coming out during the summer...
who really cares, the fans don't care if it is summer or fall... the movie will make just as much during the fall as it would drugin the summer... I think it is ridiculous... the only reason I feel that it would be okay is because they have more time to fix the movie up to the way it should be... but still I am P. oed

The thing that really upsets me is the fact that the movie is completely done pretty much, and it's just going to sit around til summer.

It's probably because they've seen how well The Dark Knight did in July. Although some of the HP films have been released in summer, I don't think they have been in July which is peak time.
It will also mean that the last film will be released in the year of the Hobbit.

There is a light there then... having two great films coming out at the same time... ^^ At least I hope they will keep it that way otherwise I will be very upset more than I am now... >< grumble grumble

I completely understand your point about The Hobbit, JF. I mean the HP films just don't compare to LotR and I can understand how annoying it will be to have HP and The Hobbit out at the same time.
I'm not trying to get my hopes up too much about HBP, but it is my favourite of the series and finally getting down to a wait time of 98 days only to have that brought back up to past 100 days is disappointing.
